You are just steps away from the beach and you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the full while sitting out on the balcony at a price that is hard to beat on 30A. This clean beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom unit boasts a host of features including vinyl woodgrain flooring, new stainless steel appliance, modern decor with all fresh paint throughout.
