This is a spacious, corner unit (1,800 sqft) with a large wraparound balcony opening to a breathtaking, 180-degree ocean view and direct beach access. It is dedicated to luxury and comfort. Baklava is a new restaurant that is directly beside our building (walk from the pool!). Sukha Beach house is less than a 5-minute walk on the beach. We are only ~20 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minutes to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta / Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz. Great neighborhood. Family atmosphere. Very close to the beach and downtown Bucerias. Brand new 3 story building with a condo on each floor. This is unit "Delfín" the 3rd floor, top story. This unit has a private rooftop patio with some shade for relaxing. Our favorite activity on the roof top is to watch the sunset over the ocean. We are 5-10min walking distance to the beach and town square. Enjoy exploring all the great restaurants and watch the nightly cultural festivities in the town square. Property has a nice open garden with lounge chairs to lay in after a long day at the beach. An outside shower in the garden to rinse off the sand and saltwater before jumping into the pool. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen, wifi, cable tv, a/c, stove, and oven, along with all the other benefits of a home. Sleeping arrangements offer a King size bed in each room with the option of having two separate twin beds in the second bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. With a coffee in hand in the morning or margarita at sunset, you will surely appreciate the spectacular view north of the sunset over Punta Mita and south towards Puerto Vallarta, framing the five mile stretch of tranquil beach. The most beautiful infinity pools in Bucerias awaits just below you. There are views from most places in this unit; the open and spacious dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a look straight through the open door of the guest room. Other comfortable amenities include two sets of motorized UV protecting blackout blinds and see through blinds if you want the view but a bit less heat. The patio stretches the full length of the condo, from Master Bedroom on the left to the living room on the right. There is a separate laundry room. The immaculate and well kept building has a gym with machines, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills and stationary bikes on the first floor with glass on three sides for views out to the pool and ocean. It's a lovely place to get a bit of exercise after a walk or run on the beach!The feel of the condo building and grounds is intimate, classy and usually pretty quiet (other than the ocean). Location, location, location…The condo is a short walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops to the right up Lázaro Cárdenas and a very short walk left to downtown Bucerias where you’ll find the traditional square with taco and churro stands, bands and Huichol Indians selling their wares. I was here in early March (Lisa) and so found Bucerias to feel safe with mindful behaviors as you would anywhere to prevent the spread of COVID (masks, distancing and frequent hand washing). The condo itself has COVID protocols in place which will be sent to you should you plan to rent our unit. You are expected to follow these protocols as our guests out of respect for the health and safety of you and others around you.
