"Wir lieben es, im Homer Stay und Play zu bleiben. Unser Zimmer war so komfortabel und sah über die Berge und Homer Spit aus. Frühstück jeden Morgen war lecker und wir wählen, was wir jede Nacht für den nächsten Tag wollten. Unsere Gastgeber, Anna und Byran waren wunderbar und gab uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Sie sind auf den Hügeln in Homer und sehen regelmäßig Moose in ihrem Hof. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Wir mussten sogar unsere Abendessensreservierung verzögern, weil es ein Kälber war, die ihre Vegetation ruhig im Hof aßen. Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt hier. Wir essen bei AJ's Steak House (in der Stadt) und Captain Patty's auf der Spinne."

"This IS luxury. From the time you are greeted and attended to by Zayda and Amanda, to the time you leave, it’s all first class. The view is amazing and the rooms are fantastic. Great beds and neat showers! We loved our 2 hr spa session. The location is not on the spit, but it’s just a short drive to it, as well as “old town” Homer! The breakfast bag was convenient and nice to have, but it was unremarkable. Lots of swag for sale in the lobby and several self serve items for purchase as well. We had a great stay here. VictorB"

"Es war unser Wochenende-Getag, und es war überhaupt nicht enttäuscht. Der Ort war leicht zu finden. Die Besitzer lieferten nicht nur alles, was wir brauchen, d. h. Anweisungen, sauber, warm und gemütlich Zimmer, aber die Ansichten waren absolut spektakulär!!! Wir sahen Grün, Eagle, Siegel und Wasserrandräder direkt außerhalb des Fensters!!! Das Wetter war auch unser Freund. Wir sahen den vollen Erntemon, Aurora Borealis, Himmel voller Sterne, und sogar Atlas Komet. Das könnte nie besser sein! Die Besitzer haben immer unsere Fragen innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet, aber uns nicht anders gestört. Ich liebe alles über diesen Ort und ich empfehle Ihnen, es zu besuchen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder da sein. Easy 5 stars!!!!"

"Auf der Seite der Homer-Stadt, beachten Sie, dass die Kontrolle in der Zeit sehr kurz ist, fast nicht geblieben ist. Die extreme Tür ist also sehr spät geblieben, das alte Hotel ist noch leuchtend, aber die fünf schmutzigen sind voll. Die Stadt ist wirklich sehr komfortabel, die Rezeption hat ein Papier, das Restaurant der Stadt empfiehlt, auf der Fliege zu halten, viele Nachrichten!"

"The Baycrest Lodge has a series of buildings, but while they are close to each other, they are actually very private. Our building (Aspen) had netting between us and the next building to shield us from each other. The decorations in the buildings are 1st class. Comfortable bed, sofa's and a good TV. A robe and extra towels were provided for getting to and from the hottub which is on the back deck. While in the tub (or while inside looking out) you are treated to magnificent views of the mountains across the bay. The kitchen was well appointed, with good quality appliances and cookware. A Keurig coffee pot (and a standard one) was provided along with Keurig capsules. The products for the shower were the Alpenglow brand, which are organic and made and Alaska. The women in our group were happy with the quality. The location is on the top of a hill with great views. The only drawback is that it is about 5 minutes into town. The spit is a bit further, but a very easy drive with no turns. We have now stayed there 2 times and would do so again if we ever get the chance to travel to Alaska and Homer again."

The large suite itself had a kitchen which made it convenient to eat at the hotel. It is right across the street from a grocery store and an easy walk to many restaurants.
