"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haven Guest House vor einem frühen Fähre! Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel mit einem guten Badezimmer und wir hatten einen Fan, um die Sommerwärme zu schlagen. Gut für das Stadtzentrum gelegen, nur 5 Minuten Fahrt vom Fährterminal und leicht zu überqueren bis zur Marine Seite auch (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir konnten nicht außerhalb des Haven parken (nicht genug Platz links), aber es gibt einen sehr erschwinglichen Park (Stanley) nur neben der Tür mit viel Zimmer. Great spot for a stay before a ferry trip - we’re only sad that our ferry left too early for us to sample the breakfast!"

"I am very grateful to this homestay because I missed the train, so it was already more than 9pm when I made the two transfers from Chester to Hollyhead, during which they emailed me and forgot to check on the train. The boss seems to be Indonesian, but very friendly, arranged a room for me, had to take a boat early in the morning, so it was not their breakfast time, he brought me milk, all kinds of cereals, juice, fruit. . . When the snacks, just put the keys in the room when you leave. For me, it is snow to send charcoal, if you want to spend the night in Hollyhead, you can go to their home, this town is not big, there are some small shops in the town center to solve the problem of food and clothing, the town house is quite distinctive."

"Ich habe nur zwei Nächte mit meinem Partner und unserem kleinen Hund einen der Pods besucht. Die Lage ist einfach schön - ruhige Lage mit South Stack kurze Spaziergang entfernt. Sie sind sehr glücklich hier, auf die Küsten- und Bergblicke zu wachen und nur kurze Autofahrten von erstaunlichen Restaurants (The White Eagle in Rhoscolin, und das Meer Shanty in Trearddur Bay). Die Poden sind sehr komfortabel (kompakt, aber die perfekte Basis für einen kurzen Aufenthalt) und die Tatsache, dass sie Ihnen alle möglichen Einrichtungen geben, die Sie benötigen, z.B. Entsorgung bbq, frische Milch, Tee, Kaffee, Obst und Frühstück Getreide, wirklich nur macht den Aufenthalt. Das en-suite Badezimmer ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Sie können wirklich sagen, dass die Besitzer über die kleinen Dinge gedacht haben, um Ihren Aufenthalt so etwas ruhiger zu machen, zum Beispiel ein schwarz aus blind und ein ruhiges Mini-Kühlschrank im Keller. Es gibt auch ein schönes Gebiet vor den Brücken mit Sitz/bbq-Bereich sowie Aussicht auf das Meer. Ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort, um am Abend oder am Morgen zu sitzen und zu entspannen. Danke, wir werden zurück sein :)"

"We stayed at the Holyhead Travelodge last weekend as we wanted to see some of the Christmas markets and visit friends that had recently relocated to the area. The location on the hotel was perfect for what we needed, it was central to everywhere we had planned to go to. We had a minor issue with the room however this was dealt with efficiently and did not affect our stay at all. Every memeber of staff we encountered were amazing, friendly and helpful. My son has a variety of needs including autism and every member of staff was amazing with him. They acknowledged him as a person and spoke to him like they would any other guest. This for us is a really important thing as we don’t always have that experience within the wider community and this has definitely influenced our decision to return to this hotel in the future. The value for money was brilliant as we had booked quite far ahead of time. They don’t have a restaurant on site but they have a lot of local restaurants locally so this isn’t an issue at all. They also offer breakfast boxes if you wish to have one of those instead. Everywhere was very clean, we had an early check in and our room was ready prior to us arriving. Being next to a major road there was little external noise and you couldn’t hear anyone from inside your room. We would definitely recommend and we will be returning."
