"Arrived at this place to find out they had no room available person said they have room available if you walk up twenty stairs I told the person my wife is on wheelchair we can’t so the person looked at his computer for10 minutes said he found one place about mile down the road said fine when he told me exactly where it was I knew this place is horrible person said that’s all he have we had no choice but to take it room was smelly clean but dirty smell will never stay at Berlin heritage inn ever."

"I was a bit disappointed at this property. It is older and seams a little tired. The fridge froze and ruined some of our food we bought. The dishwasher had no wheels on the bottom rack making it tough to use. The door on it creaks loud enough to wake the dead. Some of the pans we disgusting and unusable. If you aren't going to prepare any food then this won't be a problem. The loft where we slept had several huge spider webs making me wonder if it had been cleaned and/or checked in a while. We had to drive nearly 2 miles away to get our own extra towels, toilet paper etc. The upstairs extension cord had no cover and looked like it should be replaced. The shower in the bathroom has no anti-slip on the floor making it extremely slippery. I was concerned I could fall. The upside the cabin is very quite and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back deck. Hubby love the indoor jacuzzi immensely. We have stayed at other properties with this company and have been really happy with them. For the price point of basically $1500.00+ for a week I don't feel it lived up to that price. I waited a few weeks since our stay to make sure this review didn't come of as mean...but factual."

"Wir sind ein paar Minuten zu spät für die Eincheckung gekommen, aber die Richtungen waren sehr klar, was wir tun sollten. Das Hotel ist schön mit so vielen Antiquitäten, Bildern und Kalendern aus den späten 1800er Jahren früh 1900s. Die Quilts, die die Wände des zweiten Stockwerks präsentierten, waren schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich zurück sein!"

"I surprised my husband with a night away from the craziness of life with 3 kids. We stayed in Treehouse B. The treehouse was amazing! Very clean and well kept, the design and craftmanship are superb. The open concept, featuring the large kingsize bed, was very cozy. It also includes the type of personal amentities that couples look for. The large bubble bathtub and private 2-person hot tub on the porch were out of a dream! Not only are you relaxing with your spouse in a personal, secluded hot tub, but you're doing it up amongst the trees - too perfect! We did not have time to check out the grounds or the shared indoor pool/hot tub and exercise room. But will do so when we return. If you're looking to really take a break and get away with your loved one, this is the perfect place!"

"This is an awesome place to stay. Haven't been here since 2020. Sunday night and Tuesday night they have a meal from 5-7. This was really nice. Beautiful facility, very clean, nice location, beautiful view around the facility. They have a very nice outside patio with fire pits. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean. Check in and out was very good and the lady was very nice. Breakfast was a nice spread too. Very very nice experience. I give it a 10/10."

"Das erste Mal, dass Sie in der Comfort Inn übernachten, fühlen Sie sich insgesamt sehr gut! Das große Schlafzimmer ist groß, es hat eine Sofa und ein Pool mit einem Kochfeld, das ähnlich ist. Neben dem Kühlschrank ist das Zimmer mit einer Mikrowelle Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, die erste Etage ist sehr gut dekoriert, der Pool ist früh, das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut Es gibt viele Menschen, die sich aufhalten, aber die meisten sind amerikanische ältere Menschen und einige Amisher mit Kindern! Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ziemlich schön, vor allem während der Sonnenuntergang, sitzen Sie auf der Terrasse des Hotels und trinken einen Tee oder einen Wein. Siehten sich die Sonnenuntergang an, die Amisher halten sich mit dem Wagen auf, als ob sie schon lange zurückgekommen waren!"

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Ihnen! Die Weihnachtsdekorationen waren erstaunlich! Wir liebten den hohen Weihnachtsbaum mit Kristall, Rot und Silber-Dekorationen, die uns im schönen Lobby begrüßten. Und das charmante Farm-thema-Foto war wunderschön und herzlich! Wir liebten auch die einfache, aber mächtige Aussage der Geburtsszene auf dem großen Klavier. Die weichen Carols im Hintergrund waren wunderschön. Die Gastfreundschaft war auch wunderbar! Jeder war so freundlich und hilfreich - vor allem die beiden Schwestern:)!  Das Frühstück und die Abendsnacks waren lecker - vor allem die Amish-Küchen mit Karpfenfrosch! Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber, obwohl ich einige der alten Mode-Charming mit den Updates verpasst habe. Wir würden in einer Minute wieder da bleiben. Es war nichts weniger magisch."
