Very nice staff, ran into some in the hall when I returned for the night and she seemed pretty busy as I was getting a water from the vending machines, but when she thought it wasn’t working she dropped everything to ask if it worked. Very caring staff. (And yes, the vending machine did work, unlike some other hotels I’ve been at in the past). Had lots of goodies in the room. Any shower necessities you may need, a coffee machine, lotion… very nice!

This holiday Inn is the hotel my family stays in when we want to get away. Love the pool and hot tub. Food was great. Staff very friendly. Will always be the hotel we choose.

The tulips were pretty disappointing. The hotel was very expensive because of the time of year – $375 a night. They also added 20% for incidentals which I’m still waiting for the return on that. However, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good and the staff worked hard to keep up with the crowd.

Great breakfast and pool! The kids loved the Michigan shaped pool and awesome hottub that was indoor/outdoor. Our room was clean. The bathroom fan was dusty but other than that, everything was great. Perfectly located to every restaurant and just a short trip to downtown Holland. Will be back!
