Zu Beginn unserer Mexiko-Reise waren wir in diesem Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Lage am Strand ist genial - perfekt auch für kleine Kinder. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen Balkon mit Hängematte und Blick auf den Pool. Im gesamten Hotel spürt man die Liebe zum Detail. Besonders gut war auch das Essen im Hotel. Angefangen beim Frühstück (sensationelles Omelett!!), super Tacos im Mojito Strandrestaurant und auch das Hauptrestaurant war grandios. Wir haben nur im Hotel gegessen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Ein wunderbarer Ort, an dem man super zur Ruhe kommen kann.

We loved it here. The service was wonderful. Easy beach days. Rooms were clean and quiet. They provide bikes. Great food and cocktails. The pool was lovely. It’s an easy place for kids to roam. The beach is perfect. Easy to get around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Best in holbox! Beautiful designed hotel in every detail. Both inside, outside and rooms. Best beach club and beach in holbox. Perfect location. Great service also. Also good with kids. We were a family of 4 (kids 3 and 5 years) A hotel vibe we will miss and remember.

Ser Casasandra on the beautiful island of Holbox, Quintana Roo, Mexico is a wonderful place to stay and fully enjoy this exceptional holiday location. The hotel is superb, our room was lovely the pool is gorgeous and never crowded (at least when we’re were there). The staff are exceptional and friendly. This must be one of the best places to stay when when holidaying in this part of the world. Ser Casasandra is not cheap but it’s definitely good value for money.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Martin and Vanessa and their team were extremely welcoming and helpful. It is obvious the staff cares about their jobs and takes pride in the service and experience they offer. I feel as if there are more staff than guests, as a storm approached our first day an entire team appeared out of nowhere to pack up the cushions under a tent. The grounds are lushly landscaped and comfortable. The beach is well groomed and appointed with chaise lounges and day beds, on our trip the sargasso was a problem but no more than the less of the island. There is nowhere else on Holbox I would rather stay.

What can I say that I haven’t already shared back in 2021… Ser Casasandra is like no other. It is peace, it is refuge, it is love, it is life. It is finding your why and who you are deep down inside. It is a place that calls you HOME at times when your subconscious needs it most. It is where you can finally JUST BE. Surrounding by several warm smiles and embraces. It’s a place HOME away from HOME for me. May the universe and God repay everyone for their kindness, love and comfort. Thank you as always to Sandra, Juan Miguel… my guiding angels on earth. A million thanks to Yaima, Shellya, Leti, Martin, Eric, Mayralis, Vanessa, Gallito, Johnny, Antonio, Axel, Laura and Holly. You’ve welcomed my cousins and I with the utmost love and kindness and for that I am always indebted and grateful! This place is Heaven on Earth! Till we see each other again. Next trip with my children and husband.

This place is incredible. We have had the opportunity to visit many countries and hotels, but this is the best place we've ever stayed. The hotel design is rustic but there are modern touches that make it very contemporary. The food, service and accommodation are all superb. The attention to detail is inspiring. It's like being in paradise.
