The hotel is overall really nice! We love our room plus the complimentary herbal hot water where you can dip your feet after a long day. The old town is not that walkable from where the hotel is located. You need to take a short Grab ride. The breakfast included in the room is not so good too I guess because it’s ala carte and there’s not much options, so maybe better to just eat outside or order from their restaurant.

Stayed here with a couple of friends and we loved the location! It’s so convenient to get to most places by foot or Grab cars were plentiful with it arriving within 1-2 minutes usually. For in town travels, the ride will only cost $1-2USD. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but was nice to have a dip on a hot day. The rooms had a beautiful lemongrass smell to them. It’s definitely more expensive than most places in town, but would highly recommend this location where you’re close to everything, but not in the busiest part of town.

Erwarten Sie nicht zu viel zum Frühstück, es gibt Pho, aber der Geschmack ist durchschnittlich. Die Massage war nicht professionell genug, die Massage war nicht vor Ort und die Massage eilte gegen Gebühr, kein Service (wie Wasser/Tee), am Vortag gab es in der Stadt kleine Läden für Massagen, stattdessen ist der Service sogar noch besser billiger D, es ist ersichtlich, dass teuer nicht gleich gut ist. Beim Auschecken dachten wir daran, an der Theke nach einer Flasche Wasser zu fragen, aber in einem so großen Hotel wollte man eigentlich sogar eine Flasche Wasser sparen, der Manager bat uns, ins Restaurant zu gehen, um es zu kaufen, schließlich ist es ein Hoch -Verbrauchshotel, eine solche Antwort ist wirklich so enttäuschend. Endlich ist mein Land super. Der Fahrer hat mich sehr freundlich zu einem nahegelegenen Büro gefahren, ist aus dem Auto gestiegen, um meinem Land beim Wasserkauf zu helfen. Vier Tage und drei Nächte habe ich mich darauf verlassen, dass er mein Land fährt, gute Einstellung, nicht schwer, wirklich gute Leute zu verkaufen. Schließlich dachte ich, lass mich noch einmal wählen, ich würde den Rand der antiken Stadt wählen, aber auch den Fluss überblicken, mich nicht jedes Mal im Hotel waschen, um bisher aus dem gegenüberliegenden Ufer zu laufen. Es gibt viele Hotels in der Nähe der antiken Stadt mit Blick auf den Fluss, die Sie langsam auswählen können.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This place is almost perfect: amazing location on the river and a short 5 min walk into Hoi An old town, great service from the friendly and polite staff (hat-tip to Harry on the front desk) for whom nothing is too much bother, a great pool with river views, a pool bar and cabanas, a small but perfectly-formed gym with high-quality equipment, great breakfast buffet that runs for 4 hours, the rooms are modern, very well finished and furnished and very comfortable, Aqua di Parma bathing products are a really nice touch. The room service menu is extensive and available 24 hours. The highlight is the Spa - normally I would seek out local spas that offer better value for money and a more authentic local experience but the hotel spa here is superb and very reasonably priced. All the treatments are of the highest quality and the massages were the very best (hat-tip to therapist Anh Hang - when you ask for a strong massage you will get one so be warned!). Another nice touch - you can grab a bike from hotel reception to tour the surrounding roads and old town. In terms of things that could be improved: the breakfast buffet could offer more veggie choices and this could easily be achieved by leaving the meat out of the dishes like salads and summer rolls, for example, as it tends to be a relatively inconsequential ingredient. I would definitely stay here again and am already planning a return trip later this year. One other thing to note: the access from the hotel to the old town is over a busy but narrow bridge with very narrow paths on either side - so not very easy to navigate with young children and very difficult with a pushchair so those with small children might wish to stay on the other side of the river for convenience. However, I am told this bridge will be pedestrianized early next year, when a new bridge further down the river is completed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wafaifo Resort in Hoi An, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This brand-new resort boasts fantastic facilities that truly enhance the guest experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed an evening at their in-house theater, which offered a delightful package of snacks and drinks—a perfect way to unwind. The gym is among the best hotel gyms I've encountered, fully equipped and well-maintained. Hotel manager Duc was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and tailoring services. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, staff member Hop greeted me with a warm smile, which was especially comforting in the cold and rainy weather. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their efficiency and meticulousness—my room was always spotless and well-organized. Wafaifo Resort has great potential, thanks to its amazing service and thoughtful attention to detail in the hotel rooms. I can't wait to return!

Ich blieb zwei Tage. Obwohl die Lage nicht gut ist, ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Als ich von meiner Reise zurückkam, organisierte ich meine Reisekosten und stellte fest, dass ich für das Frühstück meines Kindes bezahlen musste, das ich nicht bezahlen musste. Auf der Reservierungsseite steht auch Frühstück für 3 Personen. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt den Verstand verloren hatte, sagten sie mir, ich solle es bezahlen, aber ich habe versucht, das Hotel per E-Mail zu kontaktieren, aber die E-Mail-Adresse wurde nicht gefunden. Das Hotel wurde gerade wiedereröffnet, daher müssen einige Geräte erneut überprüft werden, z. B. laute Klimaanlage, sanitäre Einrichtungen (Schwierigkeiten bei der Spülung). Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, daher ist es nicht attraktiv. Personal und Rezeption waren großartig.

It's not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, more like a high 3. But, that doesn't mean that it's bad. It's actually very nice, clean, and with a great staff that is truly the saving grace of the redone property. The location is one of the best near the old town as it's at the end of the block but quiet enough. The pool is quite nice and the breakfast was pretty good too, but it's an aging property underneath the fresh paint and the engineering issues show it's age.
