It's not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, more like a high 3. But, that doesn't mean that it's bad. It's actually very nice, clean, and with a great staff that is truly the saving grace of the redone property. The location is one of the best near the old town as it's at the end of the block but quiet enough. The pool is quite nice and the breakfast was pretty good too, but it's an aging property underneath the fresh paint and the engineering issues show it's age.

Und Frösche und Eidechsen tauchen oft nachts auf, aber tagsüber ist das in Ordnung. Es gibt mehr Westler als Koreaner. Das Frühstück ist einfach mittelmäßig Die Klimaanlage ist gut und nicht schlecht. Und vielleicht weil es so lange her ist, wissen die Einheimischen in Hoi An alles, indem sie nur den Namen sagen.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This place is almost perfect: amazing location on the river and a short 5 min walk into Hoi An old town, great service from the friendly and polite staff (hat-tip to Harry on the front desk) for whom nothing is too much bother, a great pool with river views, a pool bar and cabanas, a small but perfectly-formed gym with high-quality equipment, great breakfast buffet that runs for 4 hours, the rooms are modern, very well finished and furnished and very comfortable, Aqua di Parma bathing products are a really nice touch. The room service menu is extensive and available 24 hours. The highlight is the Spa - normally I would seek out local spas that offer better value for money and a more authentic local experience but the hotel spa here is superb and very reasonably priced. All the treatments are of the highest quality and the massages were the very best (hat-tip to therapist Anh Hang - when you ask for a strong massage you will get one so be warned!). Another nice touch - you can grab a bike from hotel reception to tour the surrounding roads and old town. In terms of things that could be improved: the breakfast buffet could offer more veggie choices and this could easily be achieved by leaving the meat out of the dishes like salads and summer rolls, for example, as it tends to be a relatively inconsequential ingredient. I would definitely stay here again and am already planning a return trip later this year. One other thing to note: the access from the hotel to the old town is over a busy but narrow bridge with very narrow paths on either side - so not very easy to navigate with young children and very difficult with a pushchair so those with small children might wish to stay on the other side of the river for convenience. However, I am told this bridge will be pedestrianized early next year, when a new bridge further down the river is completed.

Wir hatten die beste Zeit in Bel Marina. Das Resort ist erstaunlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich, freundlich und professionell. Wir lieben so sehr, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt für weitere 3 Nächte verlängert haben und sicherlich zurückkommen 💖

Die Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt ist sehr gut, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Ich sagte ihnen, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer schwach sei, und sie reagierten schnell und nahmen Änderungen vor, sodass ich mich ohne Probleme gut erholen konnte .

Die Lage ermöglicht es, die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Pool verfügt außerdem über Schatten, sodass Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung vermeiden können. Es war gut. Der Personalservice ist freundlich, insbesondere das Personal im Schwimmbad. Das Personal war noch freundlicher. Sie können kostenlos Fahrrad fahren, also gehen Sie frühmorgens zum Markt von Hoi An und kaufen Sie Mangos, Jackfrüchte, Avocados usw. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es ist ein komfortabler und guter Ort, also werde ich dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Hoi An wieder wählen.

Unter den Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Hoi An gab es viele Mitarbeiter, die sehr luxuriös und freundlich waren, und ich habe den sehr freundlichen Service des Hotelpagen, der Rezeption und des Küchenchefs gespürt. Es war so praktisch, ein Fahrrad mieten und in die Altstadt fahren zu können. Besonders empfehlenswert sind Morgenfahrräder. Die Reisnudeln, die zum Hotelfrühstück serviert werden, sind wirklich köstlich!! Darüber hinaus wurden tropische Früchte wie Drachenfrucht, Banane, Papaya usw. mit Joghurt vermischt, sodass es so lecker war. Die Unterkunft ist in den Neubau und den Altbau aufgeteilt, wobei mir persönlich der Neubau heller gefallen hat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wafaifo Resort in Hoi An, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This brand-new resort boasts fantastic facilities that truly enhance the guest experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed an evening at their in-house theater, which offered a delightful package of snacks and drinks—a perfect way to unwind. The gym is among the best hotel gyms I've encountered, fully equipped and well-maintained. Hotel manager Duc was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and tailoring services. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, staff member Hop greeted me with a warm smile, which was especially comforting in the cold and rainy weather. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their efficiency and meticulousness—my room was always spotless and well-organized. Wafaifo Resort has great potential, thanks to its amazing service and thoughtful attention to detail in the hotel rooms. I can't wait to return!

Lovely hotel right outside the old town in Hoi An. Super helpful staff and comfortable rooms. You could hear noise form neighbors but it wasn’t awful. Breakfast was simple and good. You could also borrow a bike or hop on their provided shuttle to get to different locations in the city.
