房東很好，有問必答。還幫我們代買了火車票 ，我們乘坐老闆家的車返回峴港，價格和Grab的叫車費用差不多。

非常非常推薦，很棒的房間，還有特別舒服可愛的陽台，老闆也很和善，所有有關會安的事情都可以問他，很熱心，房間很舒適，睡的很舒服，走到會安古城只要10分鐘，很方便，周邊也有很多道地小吃跟傳統市場

호이안에서 첫번째 숙박인데 좋네요 호이안 첫 방문에 안내까지 친절해서 감동했습니다 다만 해변과는 멀어서 불편할 수 있어요

民宿位置安靜打掃也很乾淨,有提供免費腳踏車。

Super freundliche Unterbringung. Wir wurden mit Früchten willkommen geheißen, die Gastgeber waren immer freundlich und haben bei allem geholfen; Flughafen-Shuttle möglich, kostenlose Fahrräder, der Weg zum Strand oder Nachtmarkt wurde ungefragt erklärt. Das Englisch war super, sodass die Verständigung und Smalltalk einfach war. Der Pool war sauber. Insgesamt unser bester Aufenthalt in Vietnam bisher und wir würden definitiv nochmal hierher kommen.

Owners are hands and very welcoming. Large clean quiet rooms . Breakfast western (omelette) or local Pho was tasty and freshly cooked. Due to an early morning I preordered a take-a-way breakfast of fruit and Banh Mi which was a nice touch.. Pool is clean and inviting . Laundry per kg wash and fold returned within 6hours. Bicyles and rental motorbikes are in excellent condition. Easy and safe walk to all local Hoi An attractions. Day of departure owners gifted cold water, fruit and local cake . Thank you for a wonderful 6 night stay. Highy recommend for a short or long stay.

If you are visiting Hoi An and you are looking for a high quality homestay then I highly recommend Tue Tam Garden Villa. We were lucky enough to come across this gem when we visited Hoi An 10 years ago. Our stay was that good we rebooked 10 years later! Our family of four (now two teen age daughters) had an amazing experience with the warm hospitality and quality accommodation. We were lucky enough to meet their extended family who were always willing to take us into town (even though it is a very short walk), and they would always show us the best places to eat, visit and to get a great bargain. Their family even organised our FedEx delivery and drove us to Da Nang to deliver a parcel. Such a privilege to spend time with a hard working and amazing Vietnamese family. On our last night the family cooked a special homemade soup which we enjoyed eating with the family. Highly recommend as an excellent experience, very affordable and high quality accommodation. Oh…Their home made Vietnamese coffee is the best in Hoi An (this is coming from a coffee drinker!)

We thought this was too good to be true - we went ahead and booked anyway. We are SO glad we did. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The family are so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. The pool area was lovely and perfect after a hot day exploring Hoi An. We would definitely stay again. We utilised the laundry and the airport pick up which was great. We also used the free bikes to cycle to the beach one day - it took us about 20mins on a scorching hot day and was an easy route to navigate. The walk into the main area took about 15minutes but was simple. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We’ve stayed a week in this hotel. It was nice, comfy and very clean. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful, always asking if we need something. The location of the hotel is between old city center and rice fields. 5 minutes walk to rice fields, you can take a free bike and 15 minutes to old town. To sea is bit far, need to take grab or 25 min ride with bike. Place is busy. Close to morning market with fruits and fish. Lot’s of options to grab some local food.

We had a great stay here, the rooms were lovely very clean, the hotel is in a good location and walkable to the main town. The stay was made great by the friendly and helpful owner. The room was comfortable, with a fan and air conditioning. Great value

My family went here for the first time in February and last time in June. We always receive a warm welcome from the host couple when coming to the villas 🤗🤗 . The room was very clean, the view was right next to the swimming pool🏊🏻‍♂️. Villas is not far from the old town, only about 5 to 10 minutes away. The owner always introduces delicious restaurants to enjoy. My family will come here every time we come to Hoi An😘😘😘

A lovely couple owns the place. Close to the central market and the old town. Extremely clean. They are listening to our needs with much care. I would definitly go back. We had to leave fast because of a typhoon, but we got all the help we needed

Rien à dire, la chambre était avec balcon était grande, très lumineuse et confortable, c'était très propice à la détente ! Nous allions dans le centre à pied et à la plage à vélo (fournis gratuitement par l'hôtel), les deux trajets prennent 20 minutes. Les petits dejs étaient au top aussi. Nous n'avons fait aucun tour mais si vous en cherchez, ils ont ce qu'il faut ! Un vrai Havre de paix bien mieux que certains hôtels qui se prétendent haut de gamme !
