It’s a nostalgia vibe hotel and I really love it. Location is just ＜5min walk to the ancient town and there are massage places/mini mart/food around the vicinity. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peaceful stay. The massage provided by the hotel itself is really good too! They even prepare a birthday surprise in the room as per my request !! :D

Its a good hotel. Room was nice, super clean. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes almost too nice. During breakfast every morning 4 different staffmembers came to ask how everything went. What our plans were for the day. If we needed help booking stuff, explaining what we could do. It was a bit too much kinda felt like being *******. I prefer to just ask for help when I need it instead of being offered by every person of the staff 👍🏻

호텔 직원들도 모두 친절하시고 조식도 너무 맛있어요. 제가 어린이 입맛인데 완전 맛있게 잘 먹었고 편안하게 쉬다가 갑니다. 올드타운, 야시장 등 호이안에서 구경 할 수 있는 곳은 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치라 좋았어요! 다음에 오면 다시 여기로!! 행복하고 좋은 기억만 갖고 가는것 같아요!

重新裝修的酒店，服務非常好。房間裝修不錯，很有法式風情，浴室略小。陽台視野很不錯。離古鎮步行5分鐘。有去沙灘的班車，推薦會安沙灘，非常愜意。

這是一家令人感到非常暖心的酒店！服務員熱情、照顧周到，不管甚麼時候碰見，都會熱情地噓寒問暖，尤其是Alice, Vivi, Bee 和Sol, 都讓我們賓至如歸。這次住店，我們還得到了一個意外驚喜：服務員秘密為我們準備了生日蛋糕，為我們慶生！入住酒店的第二天，剛好是我先生的生日，吃早餐時，她們送上了生日蛋糕，服務員還一起唱起了生日歌；晚上回酒店時，床上又多了一個毛巾摺疊而成的蛋糕😍 另外，服務員每天都會問我們的行程安排，然後介紹並安排合宜的交通方式，譬如我們從會安到順化的一程，便由服務員Bee幫我們訂購臥舖巴士，比起叫Grab ，兩個人節省了800000越南盾的交通費！

房間非常舒適、無敵乾淨！且連陽台都乾淨的不可思議！早餐還可以。 唯一訝異的是下午游完泳洗熱水澡沒問題，但到晚上居然忽冷忽熱的！這點實在有點困擾！ 另外泳池在地下樓層，水溫會比較冷，如果是恆溫！那應該很好玩。

2023年新裝修的，從硬件到服務都是精緻典雅乾淨清爽的法式風格，很符合小城安靜的氣質，最讚的是服務，難怪看到有個老外點評説有時候都覺得服務勤快到有點煩，不停地噓寒問暖，所有的服務員，所有的地方。來越南兩週住過的所有酒店裡服務最佳。出行方便。唯一有一點要注意，每層有三個房間是看不到風景的，對着一個封閉的天井，跟照片不同，如果不小心訂到了，可以叫前台換房間，服務態度還是很好。

… schon bei der Anreise überzeugte diese Hotel. Herzlicher Empfang, Erfrischungen und warmes Gesichtstuch um die selbstgewählten Strapazen der Anreise mit dem Nachtzug durch Vietnam schnell zu vergessen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter waren unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erklärung über die Einrichtungen und Möglichkeiten im Hotel und In der Umgebung waren prima. Selbst Fahrräder zur Erkundung der Gegend standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Alles rundum sehr gelungen - schickes Design (nicht dieser internationale Business Look) Spa Angebot umfangreich und professionell Frühstück gemischt - Englisch und Landestypisch also Alles genau das was zu einem Aufenthalt in einer fremden Kultur passt und dennoch fühlt man sich zu Hause und Willkommen

Es war ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichen Personal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Altstadt und der Night Market sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier!
