Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, sehr praktisch. Wer einen maßgeschneiderten Anzug benötigt, findet direkt gegenüber dem Hotel eine freundliche Schneiderei. Auch ein praktisches Geschäft befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr gut, selbst mit Kindern. Das Ambiente war großartig.

Unser Aufenthalt im Little Residence war einfach wunderbar. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, als wir anlässlich unserer Flitterwochen ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein luxuriöseres Zimmer erhielten, was unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner machte. Das Personal war außerordentlich aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Ihre Freundlichkeit und herzliche Fürsorge sorgten dafür, dass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlfühlten. Das Frühstück war exzellent – ​​frisch, abwechslungsreich und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist warm, ruhig und elegant. Insgesamt bietet dieses Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und können es jedem, der Hoi An besucht, wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Lage und der Service des Hotels waren gut. Die Zimmer waren jedoch überhaupt nicht schallisoliert. Man konnte den Aufzug halten hören, Leute vorbeigehen, das Personal reden hören usw. Das Hotel schaltete sich automatisch um 6 Uhr morgens ein. Selbst mein Mann, der einen leichten Schlaf hat, wachte mehrmals wegen des Lärms auf. Hoi An wirkte selbst in den frühen Morgenstunden seltsam überfüllt. Nicht empfehlenswert für alle, die Erholung suchen.

Great location. 10 minutes walking distance to covered Japanese bridge which is considered as the heart of the Hoi An ancient town. Staffs are friendly and very attentive. They knew I'm the solo traveler and brought me a surprise birthday cake while I was having my breakfast on my birth day. They have a covered basement swimming pool, and a great spa for relaxing massage.

Rooms are kind of dated. Not very sound proof hence if you are sensitive to noise - it may not be ideal. However the staff ( ViVi , Hana, Tracy) have been very kind and helpful towards our elderly parents and were very prompt in answering all our questions regarding transport, weather. They make the stay feels very homely and comfortable. Hence while the room may not be perfect but the services is top notch 👍🏼

Very conveniently located close to all amenities. Room layout very well designed and very spacious. Staff were just simply outstanding. Stand out staff for me was Alice who went over and above our expectations to ensure that we were more than happy with our stay. Pity we gad to say goodbye. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all families and friends. Hope to be back soon

Very comfortable and cosy hotel. The service is very warm and friendly. The shower is strong and the bed comfy. The breakfast spread is great with all your basic western and local dishes. The location is slightly outside of old town but we preferred it. It’s only. 5-10min walk but with the heat it is tough. The only downside is that the pool is indoor, dark and uninviting. But if you don’t care about swimming this is a great hotel 👍

I love my stay at Little Residence Hotel. Room is big, cozy, clean, beautiful (nice layout and decor), linens and towels smell good, bed and pillows are comfortable. AC works great! My room comes with a good size balcony. Location is only about 10 minutes walk to Ancient town & night market. Massage & spa, mini mart and laundry service across the street. Very convenient to everything! They have a free scheduled shuttle service to the beautiful beach and a free bicycle to use for hotel guest. Breakfast buffet was good! Everyday is different! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Ladies working at the front desk are very helpful, attentive and speak good english.
