國慶三天234預訂此酒店，根據價格來對此酒店進行評價，每一項如評分。 環境：環境挺好的，在大盛魁旁，酒店乾淨衞生 衞生：乾淨，景觀房陽台煙頭清理不夠 設施：一般，低分主要由於幾無法接受。一：第一晚入住回到酒店部分停電，廊燈一直亮，其他全沒有電，且半分鐘一次各個開關滴滴滴響。給前台打電話無人接聽，十二點後打通，説是電工在趕來路上。大概半夜一點左右修復。二：第二天晚大堂漏水，房間空調失靈，房間劇熱無比，且沒有窗户，無法開窗，忍耐一晚後早晨經理來修理，早晨修好，我們出發晚上回來空調又壞了，申請換房，告知無房間，經理繼續上來修理，修不好了，於是才有房間了給換了一間景觀房。上到景觀房後，空調依舊失靈，但是有門，可以開門睡覺。睡前洗漱，淋浴間完全不下水，房間升級為泳池房。 服務：服務打低星的原因有兩點。一：出了如上一堆問題後，並沒有解決以及補償措施。僅在空調實在修不好後給我們換成了一個有露台的景觀房，且也是有問題的房間。二：在出問題後聯繫不到酒店前台以及網上的電話都打電話不接，下樓才能找到，且看態度並不覺得有什麼大問題。三：第二天早上晚上點外賣送過來，外賣員説送到機器人裏，機器人送上來，接到電話後二十分鐘一直無動靜。下去找酒店前台，前台表示不知道，是外賣員自己操作的，意思是和酒店無關係。我認為不管是外賣員還是酒店，這應該你聯繫外賣員解決而不是我作為顧客我自己找，前台查看機器人看界面説裏面沒有東西，我不接受，於是問另外一個人，打開機器人我的外賣燜鍋就在上層，至此結束。 上述是此酒店評價，如果設施修好並且服務培訓一下後還是很推薦的，否則一點不推薦來這家，除非你晚上不睡覺。
