I extended a business trip to NJ by a few extra days and wanted to stay conveniently near NYC. I booked a one-bedroom apartment at Dharma Home Suites in Hoboken and then called to ask for the highest floor available. They went above and beyond and when I showed up, I was thrilled to discover they had not only booked me on the 6th floor but also upgraded my apartment to a beautiful 2-bedroom! I called to thank them and they said it was available and they could do it, so they did! I had a lovely time there--the apartment was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located near Trader Joe's and Wine Dad's, and a short walk to the ferry and waterfront in Hoboken. Every time I called with questions both prior to my stay and during my stay they were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The remote check in and building and apartment codes all worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying with Dharma Home Suites!

We arrived in NYC after a long flight from Scotland. The original accommodation we booked was not fit for purpose. Tired and in need of good accommodation we contacted the hosts....immediate response, warm and reassuring. We immediately caught a cab to the lovely Hoboken, short drive via Lincoln Tunnel. We had been quickly provided with access details and it was a smooth check in, all remotely. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The views to Manhattan were stunning...I could watch the lights all night. Lovely roof top area. Great local amenities and restaurants. 10 mins on bus to NY port authority terminal or a lovely relaxing ferry journey. I cannot thank Ally (host) for their support and advice as we did not know the area. Would recommend to everyone. We will be back. Perfect stay.

My wife and I experienced great customer service starting from ordering the studio apartement online, getting prompt reply and several followup mails with access code for the door upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean, and beautifully furnished with a modern AC and up to date appliances. A small technical problem with the fridge was promptly (same day) fixed after talking to a very professional and friendly customer service agent. We especially liked the location being in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to several good restaurants (Mexican, French/Maroccan) and grocery store (Trader Joe's), and only a 15 min Uber drive to Manhattan. We highly recommend staying at Dharma Home Suites for anyone looking for high quality accomodation and customer service.
