Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed). The building code may be different from the apartment code. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
