Family vacation, well located in the CBD. Close to shops, restaurants and the harbour and battery point. Parking is rubbish. Valet parking available, but is relatively expensive and takes them 30min, and more during rush hours, to retrieve the car from nearby parking station.

Definitely did not disappoint! Love the rooms, the location, the dining, the breakfast! Everything is located within walking distance of the hotel. Car valet available for $35/day. Conveniently stop outside hotel. However be warned that during peak timings you might have to keep circling the area just to wait for a parking space to stop. We had a 2 queen size bedroom for 3 pax. Lovely amenities and excellent room service. Reception was so helpful and so friendly. Shout out especially to Chloe! Really can't praise this hotel enough! Will definitely stay again!

Very good hotel in terms of location , service and the friendly staff. The room is very clean. Also the valet parking service is recommended. We definitely will come back to this hotel when next time come to Hobart. The breakfast is very nice too . Highly recommended

The hotel is neat and clean and the location is good as there are lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. By a five minutes walk there is a large supermarket as well.

Amazing stay, short walk to the docks and Salamanca. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Would definitely book again!

The hotel is really well located, near from everything, 20 minute from airport, 5 to 10 minutes from downtown, the port and the Salamanca market. All the staff very friendly and great service attitude.

Paid for a standard room but due to availability we were given a standard access room which wasn’t ideal but it was fine. Great comfort and cleanliness staff were great also. Very friendly.

It is a very nice and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast is great. Everywhere is great there except lift. Every time we decided to go somewhere by lift , at least we had to wait for 10 minutes to get in.

There is no car park in hotel, only velvet parking service with fee daily provided only but due to the high season, the waiting time for car pickup will be needed 20-30mins each time. The other thing is there was no door for the small shower room , the bathroom floor got entirely wet by the splashing water while showering, I needed to towel dry up the floor in bathroom every time after having shower.

Definitely the preferred choice of accommodation for my next trip! Service was exemplary, staff were warm, friendly and very helpful, guest rooms were clean with excellent amenities, good Wifi, great location (walking distance to Churches, shops and restaurants, harbour and Salamanca market), magnificent views of Mount Wellington and the harbour!

Amazing view from the hotel, sunset! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Extensive in room food menu, walkable to everywhere in town, shopping just a stone away.
