A horrible hotel. Old, outdated, no customer service. Poor quality. No receipt, no price list, and breakfast buffet doesn’t exist, only happens on the weekends or when they have enough guests. Terrible experience.

櫃檯小姐服務很糟糕！豪華房，明明我們最早check-in 三個朋友全部不同樓層！還全部都安排同樓層最小的房！跟她反應一直說沒辦法！我們上去豪華房的其他房間明明都有空房！態度真的很糟糕，再來我們會換其它飯店了！可惜了，每次來都選擇這家，因為櫃檯小姐的服務，讓我們之後都選擇別間了！我們是3/15早上入住

飯店附近蠻多服飾店，鄰近一些按摩店，蠻不錯的，然後飯店蠻新的，房間也蠻新的，可惜的是早餐，沒有很好…

Location, friendly staff are great. But the hotel itself like the lobby and the rooms seems to be a bit worn out. Bed was ok. The cleaning is also ok but it doesn’t look clean. It could use a serious renovation. For me : it was overpriced. Breakfast was not so great. You can have it till 10 am. I arrived mostly around 9 am and many things were not available any more. Like fruit or toast or hot coffee. The buffet didn’t look inviting. The bathroom certainly need a good renovation. It is cleaned every day but is does not look clean.
