Hotel is super near to Bui Vien Walking Street if you are the party-goer sort of traveller. However for me, I came because of my friend who is an alcohol addict, who wanted to venture the area. I am more of a shopping and good food explorer so it may be abit of disadvantage. Nevertheless I have no complaints about the hotel staff being friendly & helpful. Rooms are also relatively clean and house-keeping are right on time every morning unless you put a no-disturb sign. Place is within a family mart and a nearby pharmacy which I think serve no purpose for travelers like myself. Most of the time only to return at night to rest and rest of the day out & about for food & tours. Recommend for party goes & alcohol lovers.

was once a great place, with great management team, but very disappointed in the decline in quality. Ownership has legal and financial problems, so now everything falls apart: less staff, less maintenance. And they want to charge fees for everything. Even took away parking spaces so they could rent to a low class coffee kiosk that blocks access to the entry. No Support for existing tenants. Only want money.
