Sehr sauber und freundlich. Die Wand über dem Badezimmer ist offen. Die Luft im Raum und im Badezimmer kreuzt sich. Obwohl das Zimmer wie ein Badezimmer riecht, ist es für den Preis sehr sauber, sodass es kein Problem ist, es mit der Familie zu nutzen.

It’s nice and newly built accommodation near to circle k and coop mart. Market at walking distance but I used grab to go eat and Shop nearby. Little far from Saigon central but nice location. Room didn’t have the window. There is upgraded room with balcony that’s pricey but worth it . And sink is inside The bedroom That I big minus . Otherwise good place to stay . Nice wi fi .

Ich habe auf verschiedenen Websites einen Aktionspreis für dieses Hotel gefunden und mich entschieden, ein Zimmer bei Agoda zu buchen. Am nächsten Tag schickte mir das Hotel eine Nachricht mit der Bitte, die Buchung wegen des niedrigen Preises zu stornieren. Ich kontaktierte Agoda und sie meldeten sich einen Tag später bei mir und sagten, das Hotel sei bereit, mich unterzubringen. Sie haben sogar mit der Hotelrezeption gesprochen und meine Buchung bestätigt. Ich habe die Bestätigungs-E-Mail zur Überprüfung an das Hotel weitergeleitet, aber stattdessen schickten sie mir eine weitere aufdringliche Nachricht, in der sie mich aufforderten, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sie drohten, dass sie einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis auf meine Buchung erheben würden, wenn ich dies nicht täte. Ich habe ihre Nachrichten angehängt und an Agoda gesendet. Agoda hat erneut versucht, meine Buchung zu bestätigen, aber drei Tage später hat das Hotel immer noch nicht geantwortet. Mittlerweile habe ich beschlossen, nicht in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Sie haben Agoda etwas versprochen, aber sie erzählen mir immer wieder eine andere Geschichte. Ich finde sie nicht vertrauenswürdig, unprofessionell und schändlich.

Es ist, als wäre man in eine warme Umarmung gehüllt. Und die Betten? Oh mein Gott, sie sind die besten, auf denen ich in Vietnam geschlafen habe – als würde man auf einer Wolke schlafen! Die Mitarbeiter hier sind die wahren Stars. Sie sind sehr hilfreich, selbst wenn es um Dinge wie Essensbestellungen bei Shopee oder den Erwerb eines Grab-Fahrrads geht. Ihr Englisch ist vielleicht nicht perfekt, aber sie geben sich so viel Mühe und es ist wirklich bezaubernd. Ich habe all ihre Hilfe wirklich geschätzt. Kurz gesagt, das Mari Hotel By Connek ist ein kleines Juwel im Herzen der Stadt. Es ist nicht nur ein Ort zum Übernachten, es ist ein Ort, der Ihren Aufenthalt in Vietnam noch schöner macht.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet und fand den Service hier sehr schlecht. Die Realität ist alles andere als beworben, das Innere des Hotels ist sehr schmutzig und schrecklich. Ich muss es allen sagen und die Finger von diesem schlechten Hotel lassen, um nicht ungerechtfertigterweise Geld zu verlieren

Der Standort ist nicht überfüllt und liegt neben Circle K (Supermarkt). Einige Orte sind zu Fuß erreichbar und das Hotel ist leicht zu erkennen. Weißes und sauberes Hotel vom Eingang an, Nichtraucherhotel, wir können unser gemietetes Motorrad parken und sind sicher genug. Die Schalldämmung ist so schlecht, dass wir die Glocke des Aufzugs deutlich hören können und die Leute sich auf dem Gang unterhalten, selbst wenn sie in unserem Nebenzimmer duschen. Ich hatte Pech, dass es jeden Morgen plötzlich kein heißes Wasser mehr zum Duschen gab und die Internetverbindung zum Fernseher unterbrochen wurde. Im altmodischen Stil werden bei der Bezahlung des Zimmers immer noch 2 % der Transaktion mit der POS-Kreditkarte berechnet.

Especially, the staff member Son was very enthusiastic, lovely, and friendly, always ready to help and make my trip more complete. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being right in the city center and close to Ben Thanh Market, making it very convenient for commuting and shopping. Additionally, having a 24-hour convenience store nearby made it easy for me to purchase necessary items at any time. I will definitely come back here for my next visits to Saigon!
