We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is 'pretty' with a European decor style. We were given an upgrade to a slightly larger room. The staff are friendly and helpful (Jack & Kay) and another worker (forgot to ask the name) who made coffee for us every morning. A big thank you to Jack who helped us with purchases from Shopee and Grab, and also gave us advice. Indeed the hotel tag 'your home away from home' is truly what we experienced during our stay. 👍🤩

Required a stable base to process supplier orders after the expo. The desk is functional, the Wi-Fi is symmetrical and fast, and the street is entirely free from heavy truck traffic noise. It avoids the chaotic, crowded atmosphere of larger convention hotels while providing superior core amenities.

Room were majorly clean- got to mention that the aircond and also water pressure was great. Toilet amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste set, shavers and others are all given. We were also given a free upgrade so the room windows shows the street below and it’s quite a green / nice sight. The staff were also very attentive and we got the opportunity to speak to both the morning (kay) and night staff (quan) on duty, they remember us and also always was available to provide us recommendations for good/ safe food locations. My husband favourite part is the complimentary take away coffee every morning. Distance to crescent mall is also great.

Switched to Grand Louis after three years of paying triple at 4-star hotels near SECC during Vietbuild. The 10-minute commute to the exhibition center saves an hour of rush-hour traffic daily. Room rates are equivalent to a 3-star budget, but the room condition—specifically the mattress density and ergonomic desk setup—matches international corporate standards. Will book again for the next quarter.

Honestly, after staying at all kinds of hotels during my many business trips to SECC, this is the first time I've felt that choosing the right place to stay actually made a real difference for work. This time I was here for a textile and garment industry conference, and instead of having to book an extra meeting room elsewhere, I made full use of Grand Louis's spacious lobby, which has plenty of private seating areas — perfect for meeting with clients comfortably and professionally, while saving a good amount of money too. The hotel itself excelled in every aspect: the room was completely quiet, no disturbances all night; spotlessly clean down to the smallest detail; strong wifi that handled video calls and large file transfers without any lag. In the morning, just a few steps away you'll find some well-loved breakfast spots in the area, and the hotel's complimentary coffee was surprisingly good, nothing like the mediocre stuff you get at other places. What surprised me most was that the room quality and service were on par with 4-star standards, yet the price was only $39 a night — a price-to-quality ratio that's genuinely rare to find. Anyone doing business in this area who hasn't tried it yet is truly missing out.

Check-in was swift, the staff was consistently polite and helpful, and the high-speed Wi-Fi worked reliably for remote work. Its location in District 7 is very convenient, providing easy access to nearby dining options and local attractions without the city noise. The overall maintenance, cleanliness, and value for money make it an outstanding choice. Highly recommended for both business travelers and vacationers seeking quality accommodation.

We came here several times within 4years. Every time, room is occupied and lots of foreigners. Their interior feel like European style and also furniture. Everythong isl good but this time I should request to clean more parts of room. I found out several small ants...can bite peoples.. need to spray pesticides more often..

Clean. It's really amazing for Vietnam. Cute interior just like from a movie. Nice bed, bed linen. The shower doesn't smell like water. Quiet, no one and nothing can be heard. We booked because of overbooking and cancellation of another hotel and I'm just pleasantly surprised.
