Die Lage war relativ gut, direkt an einer zentralen Markthalle in District 1. von dort konnte man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß oder per Taxi erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse aber durchaus ausbaufähig. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist eigentlich das Frühstück, welches deutlich mehr Variation als zwei Marmeladen, Toast, etwas Obst und Eier sowie vietnamesische Nudeln und Reis hätte haben können. Auch der Kaffee war meistens leer und es dauerte, bis etwas nachgefüllt wurde. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr gut und ich würde wiederkommen.

Sehr nettes und schönes Hotel! Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier, aber das war ausreichend für uns! Nur ein gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit nicht vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass einige Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hinausgehen, was manchmal laut werden kann, da die Zimmer nicht schallisoliert sind

Location is very good...... Along the street alot if food n massage

Everything is good, location, cleanliness, services.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room facilities were decent, but there was no soundproofing—we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. On Saturday morning, starting around 9:30 AM, there was loud construction noise coming from the underground floor due to drilling, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the body wash was not refilled during our stay. That said, the location is excellent—very close to major landmarks.

Walking distance to most shopping malls and tourist spots like the War Remnant Museum. There’s a lot of renovations being done to the hotel building as well as roadworks around the area. Didn’t sleep well on first two nights, subsequent two nights were good.  Service staffs were friendly and accommodating.  Would recommend for good value and convenient.

Second stay on return after going to the Vietnam coast. Book it again as we are already very familiar with the location and good for shopping bring your things back and head out for more. Good location as you can go back for short rest in between shopping. This time the balcony has pop up wooden floors and is dangerous for cuts. Shower can improve with a curtain as water spray to floor from edge of bath tub making it very wet and slippery. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is good and is walking distance to most of the tourist spots. We had a pleasant stay.

We booked the triple room which has three beds the price was costy enough, but the room was so tiny and no window, very tricky written at property details that room has windows but doesnt open, surprisingly that windows was just glass wall not windows! Morning breakfast was only for early comers, foods were run out when we came in 9.30 am, even closing time is 10:00 am

Dirty and breakfast are bad no severe,not much choice

We got a room which was not impressed at first, so we informed the front girl and she was very active, helpful to solve the problem (and good at English communication). She arranged us to the new room which was very nice! The maid and bellboy were also very nice and always greeted us with nice smiles. Breakfast was kinda Japanese mixed western style, variety! Location is the best, we could say!

I can challenge It would be very hard for you to find a hotel with such beautiful rooms and such High level of Customer Service by the staff in the busiest area of Old Quarters of Hanoi. Either it was renovated recently or it was a new hotel all together, whatever may be the case the room quality was beyond superb (at least for the price I paid). Even after check-in (11pm) I tried to compare its room size and quality with many hotels in that lane/area the next day, but none seemed at par with this Hotel. It was even harder to find anything wrong with this hotel. Every Staff member is so supportive and is always ready to help you, and I really means always. My Parents were given extremely homely treatment from the day they entered and the day they left. (see the attached picture - it says it all). Vietnames people are the most honest, polite and humble people I have ever met. Breakfast had everything, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, fresh Bakery items, cakes, Sweet, etc. + coffee at the end of the breakfast was simply out of this world. (Coffee in Vietnam is the best compared to any country - I bought like tonnes when I left Vietnam) Edoya Hotel's Room Size was way too big, with huge spacious washroom & had equally bigger balcony attached to our room. So often my Mother & I, We enjoyed our coffee in the balcony after a long day walking on the streets of Old Quarters of Hanoi. If you are going to Hanoi and wanna live at the best hotel with all the major attraction at a walking distance and are travelling with family, I recommend Booking - EDOYA Hotel in Ben Thanh immediately. We lived in a triple sharing 3 bed - room. If given another chance I would again and again would like to stay in this hotel only. Great Hotel for Indians. Highly Recommended. (I think they also have another hotel nearby Called 'Serene Central in Old Quarters Hong Bong area' - incase this is full) Special Thanks to Minh (+84 91 186 52 22) for helping us get a room here. And the Girl in White Shirt (see the pic), I am sorry I forgot her name, she helped us book the 1 day Cruise to Ha Long bay, which is perfect for the sr. citizen.
