Second time staying here. Nice boutique hotel good value for money. Love the design of the entire hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is awesome. Yes night time there are a lot of younger people hanging around may create a bit more noise but didn’t bother me. Close walking distance to most attractions and sites in hcmc. Great breakfast as well. Small gym but sufficient for a short workout. Would stay here every time I come back to hcmc.

Everything's good except the bed and pillows were too soft.

I had an excellent experience in Bach Suites Hotel! I love their renovation, it is very modern, I like the equipment such as hair dryer, strong Wi-Fi connection & stable TV channels (not on & off). And the staffs are very helpful & quick to response my requests. I will stay this hotel if I visit Ho Chi Minh in the future. And I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends & family. Everything is perfect. Room is beautiful , extremely friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Everything felt luxurious. Unfortunately when I visited the pool and gym was under renovation, but they were helpful and let me cancel the remaining days of my stay. Heading other comments about noise, it does indeed have some music noise at night. But staying at a few hotels in this area , it is quite normal. Even bigger hotels.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very nice and cozy, the breakfast was also very delicious. Also worth mentioning is the exceptional service at the hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Our special thanks go to My at the reception. Her service attitude is beyond expectation!

We stayed in this boutique hotel for 3 nights in Saigon. The hotel is not big but they have everything you need. The location is decent, there’re a few nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Check the restaurant Pizza 4 P’s, it’s just around the corner and the Sky Club (rooftop bar) in Hotel des Arts Saigon (2 mins walk). Food and drinks were great there! The service is good, the staff is polite. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but everything is fresh and yummy. The only thing is the noise from the street, we stayed on the 6th floor and could hear the music from the bars outside (I guess, it’s like this at the weekend and national holidays since during weekdays was completely fine). We also had some problems with AC on the 1st night but they fixed it quite fast. Overall, the hotel is worth the price. Walkable distance to all the main sightseeing places. Will recommend it to my friends.

This is the best boutique hotel at HCM. Read alot of good comments and they didn't disappoint. Love their design - modern and classy, cleaniless and overall maintenance is top notch. Service standard is comparable any 5-star branded chain, they knew I celebrating special occasion, and they were nice to upgrade my room and set up for surprise celebration. Right from the arrival, they were able to provide 5 star hotel service at affordable price There is a guard at the entrance to guide taxi, and open door for guest. Bcos it is relatively small hotel, they are able to provide more attentive service to guest. Special thanks to the hotel manager Ms Thuan for her kind arrangement. The room is very spacious and comfortable, great for rest after long day exploring the city. Note: the breakfast here is not to be missed. Although the spread is small but it is delicous, it has all the standard BF item you want. they also provide complimentary afternoon tea for you and mini bar filled essential soft drink. definitely coming back to Bach Suite next time I am back at HCM.

Beautifully decorated hotel! A peaceful retreat from the frenetic albeit exciting city of Ho chi Minh. Room was comfortable and the pool area, though small, is pretty and it looks like they ate doing some work perhaps to add a rooftop bar?. The breakfast room is also small but very beautiful and we enjoyed the buffet. We didn't find the noise to be an issue as some other reviewers have mentioned. Location is great even if it's not in district 1. We had stayed in another hotel in district 1 previously but this was a much nicer location in my opinion - wish we had booked here for our other stay! Staff is lovely. Would gladly stay again if we ever return to Ho Chi Minh city!

Wow! This is probably one of the most amazing boutique hotels in Vietnam. Always my place of choice in Saigon.
