We are truly sorry that you were assigned a room without a window while the images you viewed at the time of booking showed a room with one.Allow us to clarify further: on the Trip.com platform, our hotel displays images of both room types—rooms with windows and windowless rooms that offer a larger layout and are equipped with a 65-inch TV to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. However, we fully acknowledge our shortcoming in not clearly conveying the distinctions between these room categories at the time of booking, which unfortunately led to this misunderstanding.Regarding the toothbrush and toothpaste, we would also like to extend our apologies. While the hotel follows a policy of not providing single-use amenities free of charge in an effort to reduce plastic waste, we recognize that we should have informed you about this in advance. It was never our intention to cause you any inconvenience.
