Landmark 81 & Vinhomes - Royal Apartment Bewertungen

Pros: Location is near landmark 81, it very convenient. Cons: the apartment floor tiles is hollow/will popped up anytime. The iron and microwave is not in working condition

The bedroom was incredibly cozy and peaceful, allowing us to rest well every night. The bed was soft, and the blackout curtains kept out the light perfectly.

The apartments were beautifully designed and decorated, creating a stylish and inviting ambiance. The attention to aesthetic details added a touch of luxury to our stay. We were impressed by the tastefulness and thoughtfulness put into the interior design.

I messed up the booking date and was required to check in a day earlier. The host was accommodating to organise an apartment, which allowed us to stay in the same apartment throughout (6 days, 5 nights). The location was great and near the city. However, the apartment cleanliness was not great. Dirty sofa, broken ottoman stool, hair on the bathroom floor and bed headboard, lack of hangers (only 5 in total were available), no washing detergent and tissue paper, and lack of cups (1 beer mug and 1 plastic cup). We had to buy some basic amenities which were expected to be there when we checked in. The apartment was cleaned every other day. But no change of towel or replenished toilet rolls. Again, we had to buy toilet rolls! Whilst the host was responsive to messages after we checked in, the check-in information and process did not go smoothly. It was not provided in advance. I reached out to Trip.com to contact the host 2 days in advance but avail. I tried to reach the host through email and also had no result until I managed to find the phone number and tried on Whatsapps.

An extraordinary experience. All I needed in one place: a variety of excellent dining options, convenience stores, nail salons, massage shops, a nice shopping mall a few minutes away walking... A lovely park across the street and picturesque Saigon river with promenade. I look forward to staying again and will suggest this place as an extended stay for relatives visiting

Room is spacious, bed is hard (perfect for me but FYI who loves soft bed). Location is a bit far from down town (10~15 mins. By taxi) but there is shopping mall and so many nice restaurants near building. Would visit again.

There was an issue with the availability of parking spaces near the apartment, making it challenging to find a suitable spot. However, the host went above and beyond by providing alternative parking options and assisting me in navigating the area. Their commitment to guest convenience was commendable.

The best place to stay ever I would recomment the building manage should review this place in hand to keep this place the best place to stay in sg. Thanks.

이런 숙소를 리뷰하게 되었다는게 욕이 나오려고합니다. 최악의 숙소였습니다. 청결 상태는 별 0 입니다. 에어컨에서 먼지가 나오는게 눈에 보였습니다. 침대시트는 교환하지 않고 대충 털어서 덥어 놨는지 머리카락, 먼지 뭉치, 신발자국 같은게 보였습니다. 더 충격적인건 샤워기에 곰팡이가 꽉차 있었습니다. 바퀴벌레,개미,거미는 귀여운 수준이 였습니다. 바로 트립닷컴 고객센터에 신고하고 환불을 요청했습니다. 당연하게 거절 당했습니다. 숙소시설은 큰방 문걸쇠 나사가 풀려 있어 문이 닫히지않고 옷장 상단몰딩은 튀어 나와 있었습니다. 여기저기 얼마나 더러운지 한시도 있고 싶지 않은 상태 였습니다. 숙소관리자에게 사진을 보냈더니 저보고 파손했다고 손해배상하랍니다 ㅎㅎ 숙소판매자(***)자신 말만하고 다음날 보자고 하니 연락도 받지 않고 대답도 없습니다. 자신의 숙소는 검사를 받았답니다. 어디서 받았는지 물어 봤습니다. 답변 없습니다. 83세 노모와 11세 13세 두 아이들과 와이프 저 5명 가는 여행으로 밤 12시 30분쯤 숙소에 도착했습니다. 너무 더럽고 공기도 좋지 못 해서 밤새 잠도 못 자고 다음날 아침 다른 숙소 예약해서 이동했습니다. 저는 보상이나 환불보다 이 숙소주인이 판매하는 모든 상품을 트립닷컴에서 팔지 않았으면 좋겠습니다. 고객이 숙소에 문제가 있다고하니 손해배상하라고 하는게 숙소를 판매하는 사람이 할 말 입니까?? 사진만 봐도 파손이 아니라 관리하지 않아서 생긴 문제 인데요. 문걸쇠부분은 그냥 나사가 풀려 생긴건데 물어 달랍니다. 숙소에 들어가지 마자 찍은건데 어떤 인간인지 얼굴을 못 보고 왔네요. 옷장위 사진은 습도가 높아 터진거 같은데 어의가 없습니다. 마지막으로 제가 찍어둔 사진 몇장 올립니다 처음 들어가서 보이는 부분만 대충찍어서 자료가 적은데요.. 시트와 구석구석 관리가 되지 않아 문제있는 사진은 미리 찍어 두지 않아 아쉽네요. 절대 가지말아야 하는 숙소 1등에 올려드립니다. 지금도 트립닷컴에 저에게 파손을 물어 달라고 요청했다고 합니다. 유저분들이 같이 응징해주시기 부탁드립니다. 마지막으로 트립닷컴의 고객응대는 최고입니다. 문제가 해결되지 않았지만 끝까지 상담해주시고 대응해주셔서 감사합니다.

절대로 여기는 예약하지 마세요. 완전 사 기 꾼 입니다. 만약 트립닷컴 고객센터의 도움이 없었으면, 크게 당할뻔 했습니다. 고객센터에서 일요일 새벽3시에도 전화를 받아서, 해결방안도 제시해주고 업체와도 적극적으로 협상해준 덕분에 다음날 환불도 받고 금전적인 피해는 입지 않았습니다. 여행 첫날을 완전히 망친 건 어쩔수 없지만... 이번일로 트립닷컴에 대한 신뢰도는 크게 올라갔고, 어느 나라에나 사 기 꾼은 있다는걸 다시 한번 깨달았습니다.

Note : 1/5 Avis : Expérience extrêmement décevante. • Adresse erronée : L’appartement est situé au Landmark 4, pas au Landmark 81 comme indiqué. • Vue mensongère : Vue sur la rue et non sur la tour comme promis. • Propreté inacceptable : Le logement était dans un état déplorable, le plus sale que j’ai jamais vu. • Serviettes tachées et déchirées. • Draps du lit tachés et infestés d’insectes. • Sol collant, impossible de marcher sans ressentir un dégoût profond. • Non-respect des promesses : L’étage attribué était extrêmement bas, alors qu’il devait être en hauteur selon la réservation. Bon point : Le quartier est agréable, mais cela ne rattrape en rien l’expérience globale. À éviter absolument. C’est une honte pour un établissement de prétendre offrir ce niveau de service.
