Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt. Was mir im Zimmer besonders gut gefallen hat, sind die zahlreichen Steckdosen, ideal zum Arbeiten am Notebook und anderen Geräten. Die Lage ist 10 von 10 Punkten. Das Einkaufszentrum Takashimaya und Saigon Center befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Ich werde Sedona Suites auf jeden Fall als mein ”Zuhause” nutzen, wenn ich in HCMC bin.

Bad smell everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was not good and is open only till 9.30am. We had roaches in our room but the reception refused to understand the meaning. Elevators were not working from 4pm-8pm due to maintenance and we were on the 6th floor. We asked for room slippers the second day and the room service person walked into the room and looked around to see if we were lying that the slippers were not there. The staff is rude and untrained. At checkout they said that a fork is missing. My husband was so done with these people that he just told them to charge us as we had no energy to challenge the blame. Finally they did figure out that the room fork was probably cleared by the room service people as we had ordered some food one night. Phew ... never again to this place!

Ich habe Gefühle über dieses Hotel gemischt. Es wurde als Teil einer Tour reserviert, so dass ich nicht weiß, ob es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist, aber wir haben mit unserem Gepäck möglicherweise aufgrund der Teilnahme an der Tour geholfen. Der Türmeister war fast immer anwesend, um die Tür zu öffnen. Das Personal war angenehm und hilfreich. Es gibt nicht viel von einem Lounge-Raum, weil die meisten der Hauptgeschoss mit einem Restaurant übernommen werden. Mein Einzelzimmer war klein wie erwartet, aber für mich kein Problem, da es sauber war. Ich musste eine neue Batterie für die Sicherheit bekommen, um zu arbeiten. Dies wurde sofort besucht. In der Dusche konnte ich die Schiebetür wegen der Rüstung nicht schließen. Ich war wieder sofort bei zwei Wartungsmännern, die es nicht reparieren konnten, so dass ich in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt wurde - diese Zeit ein doppeltes, aber wieder erforderliche Befestigung der Sicherheit, da es in einer verriegelten Position offen gelassen wurde. Die Duschetür funktionierte gut, aber es gab kein heißes Wasser wie andere Mitglieder unserer Gruppe. Eine Beschwerde korrigierte, dass es wie heißes Wasser für die verbleibenden zwei Tage unseres Aufenthalts verfügbar war. Ein wenig irritierend war der Klang der Türen schlammend und Lärm im Halle, bis jeder für die Nacht gebündelt war. Es gab wenig Auswahl für Frühstück. Nur vorgekochte geschrotete Eier sind nicht attraktiv, aber man kann immer etwas zu essen finden. Wie andere bemerkten, ist die Lage gut.

Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Wir teilen Fotos von vietnamesischem Kaffee, den wir auf dem Ben-Thanh-Markt gekauft haben.

Dieses Hotel ist eine tolle Lage und Service. Alles ist in Spazierweiterung. Als ich ankam der Manager (hieu) hatte mein Zimmer und Touren alle bereit für mich.Das Personal ist freundlich und der Manager hieu hat über die Erwartungen hinweggegangen, um mich glücklich zu machen. alles von einem Zimmer Upgrade zu Hinweise auf verschiedene Orte sollte ich sehen. . jede kleine Angelegenheit, die ich Mr. Hieu hatte innerhalb von Minuten korrigiert hatte . so gute Arbeit hieu und Personal Sie haben einen anderen glücklichen Kunden Ps Frühstück ist großartig und großartig Service

Wir waren hier für 4 Nächte und sind absolut begeistert vom M Hotel Saigon. Wirklich schick und hochwertig ausgestattete Zimmer. Alles ist sauber. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitte in der Stadt gibt es hier etliche Möglichkeiten in den Alltag von Saigon einzutauchen. Hier kann man in den kleinen Gassen günstig einkaufen und etwas essen oder in den Boutiquen luxuriös shoppen sowie in den Restaurants hochwertiges Essen genießen. Kurzum: ein rundum gelungen Urlaub!

The Odys is a tricky one for us to review. Overall we stayed 3 nights during our trip, 2 nights together then a break and a further night after a trip to the mekong. The hotel itself is quite nice.. nothing really wrong with it as such, the rooms were clean and had everything in there like all the others we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam. I wouldn't really call the Odys a ”Boutique” hotel but that's a matter of opinion.. but where we feel the Odys was a let down in this regard was that ”personal” feeling. Earlier in our trip we stayed in many places and all of them without question made us feel like we'd been before.. and in the case of multiple nights and multiple visits indeed the return welcome felt very personal (Bonsella.. you are the best in this regard during our trip!). The staff in reception were pleasant and polite but but it did seem very ”clinical” in approach? Maybe the city thing? But in our opinion it was a little too sterile feeling for a ”boutique” hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was fine, with the usual options available but the staff in the restaurant were our least preferred of the whole trip (anywhere in Vietnam), they were disorganised to say the least.. There were plenty of them around but service wasn't exactly the best. We did take advantage of one of the offers for the restaurant one night, booking a table by the side for a good city view. When we arrived that evening we find that the table we booked had been given to someone else, and in fact there was no mention of our booking. We waited and before long another suitable table became available. After eating we got the bill, and queried why the offer wasn't applied. We were told in order to get the offer we needed to book a table beforehand, this was by the very same person who led us to the table after finding out our booked table had already been given to someone else. It was sorted out, but this is just one of many examples of the staff not being the best. Oddly enough it was also the only place in Vietnam where we struggled with staff not being able to speak English (very few seemed to?), this took us by surprise as even in the remote locations in the north this didn't seem an issue. So In summary, we think this hotel is ok for the night, but that boutique feel is not there, its much more of a large hotel kind of feeling.

Nach zwei Nächten muss ich den Nachtzug verlassen. Der Laden ermöglicht auch die Show am Abend. Das heiße Wetter kann kalt sein (nur kaltes Wasser) und es ist ganz gut, zum Auto zu gehen. Ich hoffe, dass das Ladengeschäft boomt.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Mein Zimmer war ziemlich sauber, mäßig geräumig mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf HCMC. Das Personal war erstaunlich, sehr hilfsbereit, effizient und freundlich. Gutes WLAN, kleines Kühlschrank und Sicherheitsschachtel. Viele gute lokale Restaurants umgeben. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Calmette Hotel voll genossen und würde sicherlich wieder dort bleiben.
