Hotel Solitaire

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The food was tasteless, the sandwiches were cold. The room was also not so good. Even after booking from make my trip app and payment when we reach they ask for extra charges. All over terrible experience.

Food was yuck. Services was pathetic. Staff was very rude. Housekeeping was the worst. They did not even bother to change the blanket. It took 3 hours to change the blanket. Wifi was not working. Never ever gonna suggest anyone to visit this place

I have booked hotel and paid all charges but when i went to hotel they asked me to pay extra amt which is pathetic. While booking i paid all charges for mh child as well but they asked me that i have to pay extra and without paying they are not allowing to enter in hotel. I told them that i paid so they asked me anyway i have to pay. Think about it that i am standing in reception with family and theh are not allowing to enter in hotel. Food was not at all good. Very bad experience first time i got after booking this hotel solitaire. Please don't stay at this hotel otherwise you will get surprised how they charged. I also tried to contact on this issue but without refunding me mh extra amt This is not at all good.

We have booked king size bed and they have given 2 separate beds. And explanation that they have given is king size bed room is not available. I mn we have paid money for king size bed and you are saying room is not available? completely wrong. This should be addressed. People are paying money and you are not able to provide justice to t gem

Room is so compact. Ac was not working. Room was not clean. Conjusted room. I am never go in this hotel again.

Experience for us was not good, hotel room was not clean upto the expected level and they charge for every single thing which comes as extra with us.

Had to shift 3 rooms, after checking in. 1st due to foul smell. 2nd due to wcs water issue. In 3rd tvs hdmi cable issue was there which was sorted the next day evening. Sport channel where india match was going was not subscribed. Food quality was sub standard bathroom and rooms were not well maintained

Found cockroaches in the room, wifi not coming in the room, location is also not good, hard to find cab during weekdays peek hours.

It was the worst experience of my life. There cannot be a worse hotel than this in the entire world. And the staff here is even worse!overall total money waste. Photos have been uploaded. Please see the photos before booking.
