Only one person on reception so check in took 20 minutes . First room too hot, air conditioning not available and window opens onto M40. Second room on courtyard, so much better. However due to check in issues took 45 minutes to get new room. Breakfast good but orange juice tasted like grapefruit.

Gutted that parking was an added issue with 7pounds per night and when we got to the room a welcome nite was on the television that greeted you but the wrong person was on the screen. Apart from that the stay was nice and quiet.

The room smelled like cigarette, and lacked good amenities. Was a very unremarkable stay, but so was all my previous stays in the UK.

It's a basic hotel. Service was minimal with only one person on the desk. Charge of 6 pounds to park was a bit much. I was put in a room suitable for wheelchair which again seemed off. Bed was comfortable ok wifi bathtub with a mediocre show head was disappointing.
