Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private "onsen" in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast. The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night. The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip.

Absolutely amazing view from the in-room open air bathtub. They are the closest hotel to the ocean which means unblocked views of the horizon. A short 5mins walk to quite a well stocked supermarket, dollar store (daiso) & McDonald’s for those who are looking for some fast food. Shuttle bus is provided but timings are fairly limited. But a 17min walk to the station isn’t that bad considering it’s a very quaint town. 2 On site public onsen also available for free. Lvl 5’s onsen is better than lvl 3 I think. Staff were also very welcoming and nice.

We went there before “Girl’s Day” and very surprised to see all the beautiful decoration in the hotel. The staff are very helpful. Helped us in answering different tourist questions and arranged shuttle bus for us. Even gave us a very detailed room tour. Very much appreciate this.

酒店離伊豆稻取站很近，有免費接送站服務，房間裝修雖然有點年份，但是維護的很好，301房間很大，海景超好，陽台私湯温泉很棒，房間衞生情況良好，酒店服務生的服務意識較強，各房間備品都提供得很充足，酒店的晚餐和早餐的懷石料理很豐盛➕美味，私湯和公湯的温泉都泡的很舒服，有機會再來體驗

誕生日で利用させていただき、事前に電話で何かサプライズができるか相談させていただいたところ、食事をしている間にお部屋にケーキを用意するという提案をしてくださいました。さらに、ケーキと一緒にスパークリングワインや、夜ご飯中に女将からのプレゼントもいただき、大変素敵なサービスをしていただきました。客室の露天風呂はとても良かったです。一方で、大浴場はお湯の温度が低いすぎるところと高すぎる温泉があり、少し残念でした。

非常推薦所有住客入住！酒店員工服務非常好，得知我們是周年紀念旅行，還特意給我們送上驚喜！房間整潔舒適，配上露天風呂，一望無際的大海令人驚豔。早午晚餐豐盛，魚新鮮好食。建議一定要去浸大眾溫泉，有分露天同戶外～第二天早上打算去浸溫泉，但沒有被事先告知在清潔，有點可惜。酒店其他各方面都表現出色，非常滿意。由於酒店距離車站有點距離，建議事先預約酒店接送。

住了兩天，每天的早晚餐都不同，量太大了完全吃不完！服務相當好，第一晚到酒店已經很晚了，直接從車站走過來，第二天回來在車站等待的其他酒店司機也非常熱心的幫忙送到了這家酒店，很感動，除了説謝謝不知道怎麼表達！房間很大海景很美，就算交通稍有不便也無所謂酒店有短駁車送到電車站，伊豆很適合小住兩三天！

提前預約了在稻取站接站，老爺爺會拿着藍底白字“湯苑”的小旗子，和其他司機一起等，車站很小，確認後自行提箱子上樓上車就好了。沒想到有幾個中國的服務員姐妹，讓前台入住、接下來的接送車輛預約（是根據伊豆急行線的時間安排的，要提前預訂）、晚飯時間和菜式講解，方便了好多好多，太感謝了！另外中文介紹有點少，這家酒店是天然温泉的，真是温泉富豪啊，訂了有露天浴池的房間，也是天然温泉，大浴場也有熱、温、户外、模擬巖洞等好幾個池子可以泡，再喝個牛奶實在太舒服了，早起的話可以看着隨太陽升起逐漸變涼的大海泡湯，餐廳出來還有一個直飲温泉，喝了幾杯希望身體健康hhh晚飯訂了有金目鯛的套餐，啊實在是太鮮美好吃了，可能是連住，退房時還收到了小束口袋的禮物！這在其他温泉旅館還真沒遇到過，感謝感謝，等下次再來伊豆南部的時候，還回來的！
