Sylvia Hotel Crete

Wir sind gerade nach einem einmonatigen Aufenthalt im Sylvia zurückgekehrt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und es gab saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Poolbereich war sehr gut, die Gärten und Anlagen sind makellos und das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hoffen, nächstes Jahr wieder buchen zu können.

Not much that I can add to other reviews. I arrived late. The incredibly friendly staff didn't hesitate to make me some snacks after midnight after a long journey. I was then shown to my apartment. Apartments are moderately basic. They are however, spacious, spotlessly clean, well maintained with decent bathrooms and balconies. The pool area is great and they have a lovely pool bar and seating area, offering snacks and a good selection of drinks and cocktails. To be clear the staff are outstanding. They really can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Yannis, Raj and Sylvia for keeping me fed and watered and up to date with all the stories. The hotel is well positioned on the edge of Koutouloufari. 5 mins into the village with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM's, car hire etc. You can also then walk to the next villages of Piskapiano and Old Hernossisos with more bars, shops, restaurants, museums. The town of Hersonnisos is only a 15 min walk away down the hill with even more amenities. This place is a trouble free little gem. Enjoy
