Der Aufenthalt eignet sich gut für einen schnellen, nahen und ruhigen Ausflug. Der Kundenservice war gut, die Mitarbeiter haben uns immer gut behandelt, obwohl es den Anschein hat, als seien sie darauf bedacht, so viel wie möglich zu rationalisieren. Wir hatten das Pech, dass wir ein Zimmer neben dem Maschinenraum bekamen. Wer einen empfindlichen Schläfer hat, sollte lieber darum bitten, dass man ihm dieses Zimmer nicht gibt.... Die Unterkunft war immer sehr sauber, das war sehr gut. Was Qualität und Preis angeht, denke ich, dass sie einen Weg finden müssen, ihre Preise zu verbessern, da sie für die gebotene Qualität hoch sind. Beim Buffet-Frühstück kann durch diesen Rationalisierungsansatz die Art und Weise der Essensverteilung verbessert werden, denn im Moment dauert es lange, es sieht unordentlich aus und man muss den Mitarbeitern mitteilen, dass der Kaffee ausgegangen ist. Säfte.... Das Verhältnis Das Essen ist reichlich und von akzeptabler Qualität. Auf der Seite von ********** geben sie an, dass sie einen kostenlosen Transport zum Strand anbieten, das ist eine Lüge, man muss zu Fuß gehen, man kann sein Auto nicht mitnehmen, weil es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Ein Tipp: Um dorthin zu gelangen, bin ich über eine Schotterstraße eingetreten. Sie können jedoch auch durch den Haupteingang des Hotels Punta Leona hineingehen. Die Straße ist besser und die Strecke und die Zeit sind recht kurz. Das sagen sie Ihnen nicht Das wurde mir im Hotel klar, weil ich fragte...

Rented two rooms,one of them the air conditioner was not working,asked them to give us another room,they refused and said that we had to wait for someone to look at it,took them 4 hours. Also next day there were no water for 2 hours.

We have stayed at Punta Leona numerous times but now they have shut off access to playa blanco as well as to the pools and restaurants. The continental breakfast for Arenas is good but used to be a lot better. It cost us $100 extra per day to have access to the beach and lunch at the club. We also had open exposed wires under our sink in the bathroom which was a little worrisome especially for electrocution hazards.

I loved the swimming pool and my girlfriends really enjoyed it also and the breakfast was great.The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the hot water was not working but other than that I really liked this hotel.

Wow. What a nice pool. No one was at the bar, but the nights we stayed the hotel was not busy. We did have someone come to pool area and then bring us back a beverage. Rooms very nice. We also liked the restaurant

The pool area was great, but you cannot access Playa Blanca, so its name is misleading, the beach is far away an you have to pay 7000 colones for parking, so this is a hotel to stay at the pool but a beach one
