The picture of the room is quite different to the one we were given. I suspect that if we were Fiesta awards members then the room might have been upgraded, however this was an exploratory trip to Hermosillo to see how we would get on with our Tesla. You advertise Telsa charging stations however apart from 1 Tesla model X that was charging for the 2 nights and 3 days all the EV bays were full with Trucks and gasoline powered SUVs. The reception and bar were nice and you have a big bonus with the Sonora Grill, which we did eat at and was as good as the others we have tried. Our room on the 7th floor was very tired. We would become Fiesta Awards members and am sure our room would look like the picture however we are planning to visit regularly from the US in our Tesla and if your charging stations are not available then we cannot consider you as a viable option if you are going to let anyone park all day in these spaces. I am sure you can solve this!

Stayed here for 2 nights for business. It is located about 20-30 minutes away from Hermosillo airport and the property has a clean, newer feel to it. Pros: -All staff were friendly and efficient -Room was clean and spacious -Gym was very spacious and had up to 50LB dumbbells and a multi-function pulley weight machine with a pull up bar. You can definitely get a good workout in with this setup. -Located right next to a giant mall that has anything you would need Cons: -The restaurant in the lobby left a lot to be desired. The service was a bit slow and the food was subpar. They do have a full bar though for anyone looking for a drink. The restaurant food quality would be the only thing I would try to improve. Everything else was good and I would stay here again for business.

Es ist bereits ein Hotel mit einigen Jahren und wird in den Einrichtungen und Möbeln bemerkt, obwohl sie im Allgemeinen gut vorsichtig sind. Die Klimaanlage ist von diesen sehr lauten Geräten. Was sie sehr Mängeln ist, ist Reinigung. Die Decke der Zimmer sieht alt und sehr schmutzig, vor allem an den Ecken. Die regelmäßige Aufmerksamkeit, vielleicht, weil das Hotel mit einer Bergwerksfirma vereinbart und viele Bergarbeiter und Vertragspartner kommen und die Behandlung mit ihnen ist etwas trockener. Das reguläre Restaurant. Es gibt Pakete mit Frühstücksbuffet, mit einfachen Optionen. In der Regel ist es keine schlechte Option, wenn man einen guten Rabatt zum normalen Preis erhält, denn für den gleichen Preis gibt es bessere Hotels, und sauberere.

Dieses Hotel hat wirklich alle unsere Bedürfnisse der Reise abgedeckt. Nett, geräumig und sauber. Das Beste war das Essen im Buffet. Wirklich wert der Preis. Wenn wir zurückkehren, auch wenn wir nicht im Hotel bleiben, werden wir definitiv auf für das Buffet aufhören. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Ich kam gestern nach einem zweitägigen Aufenthalt in Lucerna Hermosillo zurück und erlebte einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt. Als ich ins Bett ging, fühlte sich etwas nicht richtig. Die Blätter fühlten sich wie nicht gewaschen und hatten einen Duft von Parfüm. Ich war so müde und wollte nicht durch die Mühe gehen, die Zimmer zu ändern, so habe ich nur im Bett geblieben und es aufzusuchen. Am nächsten Morgen, als ich aufwachte, war auf meinem Kissen ein langes braunes Haar! Jetzt bin ich so beunruhigt, dass ich auf meinem Weg raus sagte ich dem Front Desk und sie sagten, sie würden sich in sie schauen. Natürlich wurde, als ich zurückkam, nichts gesagt, aber die Blätter waren geändert. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich zum Restaurant und bestellte ein paar Eier über leichte, Bacon- und Hasenbraunen. Ich bestellte auch ein kleines Orangensaft und Kaffee. Als mein Platte ankam, bemerkte ich, dass die drei kleinen Stücke Bacon mikrobølgeten und die beiden Eier auch!!! Die Hashbraunen waren die gefrorene Art und alles war schmecklos .... Ich habe meinen Kaffee fertig und musste meine Server Aufmerksamkeit erhalten, weil nachdem ich meine Nahrung erhalten hatte, kam er nie wieder. Ich fragte ihn, ob eine zweite Tasse Kaffee enthalten war und er sagte no-50 Peso mehr!!! 50 Peso ist etwa zwei Dollar und fünfzig Cent wie das kleine Orangensaft. Das ganze Essen kam zu 378.00 Peso!!! Etwa 19 Dollar ... Ich war besorgt, aber ich sagte nichts. Ich war hier etwa 4 mal in der Vergangenheit und vor diesem Aufenthalt war das Essen ausgezeichnet, so dass ich an anderer Stelle für Mahlzeiten empfehle. Die Badehandtücher kamen voneinander und dünn. Ich war in meinem Leben in 130 verschiedenen Ländern und blieb in Hunderten von Hotels, aber nie wieder in diesem! Das einzige gute war die A/C. Es funktionierte perfekt.

My family and I stayed the night just last week May 18, 2024, we got room 115 it was infested with flies the window was covered with them. In another incident, my son and I jumped into the pool I had my shirt on while swimming a staff member came out to advise me that I had to take it off if it was a cotton shirt since cotton shirts alter the chemicals in the pool I was confused id never had that said o required of me to do so in any other hotel while visiting Hermosillo maybe the staff member was ***? who knows I didn't take off my shirt. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very good service clean and comfort for the value! Definitely recommend this hotel to family, the staff super friendly and professional immediately attend to my needs. Clean and very good AC unit cool and sparkling neat and fresh linens.
