Eigentlich c ist die beste Urlaub, die wir verbringen Das Hotel mit seiner unglaublichen Aussicht auf den Hafen El kantaoui und ihre Service am oberen vor allem die Reine c ist großartig und ehrlich wir werden nächstes Jahr wählen, dass dieses Hotel

Sehr sauber Hostel, Vielfalt an Lebensmitteln nach Geschmack, es war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!

Es ist sehr gut, es ist eine sehr saubere, gereinigte, minimale, ohne Ansprüche, aber sehr günstige. Das Möbel könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber es ist gut gleich. Wir haben zwei Nächte gebräuchlich geblieben. Personal auf der freundlichen Rezeption.

Während es ein bisschen schwierig ist, in den Windstraßen der Medina zu finden, ist das Hotel ein wunderschönes, verstecktes Geschirr, das mich und mein Vater geliebt haben. Sie werden von dem wunderschönen Besitzer mit zwei kleinen Katzen begrüßt, die nur wunderschön sind. Unser Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, klimatisiert und verfügt über ein sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen großen Blick auf die Sousse Skyline und Medina und ist perfekt in der Nacht, um die Ruffahrt zu genießen. Das Frühstück wurde im Haupthof des Hotels serviert. Sehr schön dekoriert und das Frühstück war sehr traditionelle. Nichts zu schwer, aber immer noch füllen. Sie wissen, Pflege und Liebe ging in die Herstellung.

Traumhaftes Hotel Sehr gutes Personal und besonders Sara und Wajdi immer nett und Hilfsbereit wunderbares. Hotel perfekt zum Relaxen und wunderbarer Strandblick ich komme immer wieder danke an Herr Hassen Chaouache

An Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz im Spa-Bereich nicht zu überbieten. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Ilhem und ihr Massageteam u.a. Apfel, Marona und Malek. Ines und Hanedi mit ihren hervorragenden Deutschkenntnissen Und Ihren liebevollen Terminvergaben. Mein durch 50 Jahre zahnärztliche Tätigkeit gekrümmter Rücken wurde wie durch wunderbare Fähigkeit von Ilhem aufgerichtet und ersetzt durch schmerzfreie entspannte Beweglichkeit. The hotel itself is a bit tired but the staff really are what makes it. They are attentive and jolly (one member of the bar staff was miserable the whole duration - might be in the wrong profession?!). The food is acceptable. It lacks seasoning and flavour but it does of course need to cater to as many palettes as possible. If you like flavour, take your own condiments (I hesrd the ketchup was rubbish but didn't try it perdonslly). The food is also a bit repetitive largely consisting of grilled meat (beef, turkey, quail) and fish, stewed lamb, chicken and beef, potatoes (mashed, sautéed), chips/fries, grilled vegetables (courgettes, carrots, squash, tomatoes, okra), pasta and pizza, soup. There was also a variety of different salads and bread (which always seemed stale to me). At breakfast there is no bacon! There are omelettes, fried and poached eggs cooked to order. The omelettes were delicious. There was also grilled vegetables, beans (not the baked beans us Brits know and love), grilled frankfurters, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and museli, fresh juice and tea and coffees. Our waiter, Salah, was great. He kept us topped up with drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and welcoming when he saw us head over to the tables and it made us feel like special guests to receive his superb service. The rooms are spacious, but despite requesting a double garden view room we were given a room overlooking the car park and two single beds pushed together. The pillows were not comfortable - a bit too hard and thick for me. Plenty of storage space but very few hangers. A wash and ironing service can be provided at additional cost. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but we didn't make use. The tea wasn't great so take your own teabags. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a bath and shower overhead. the shower was always warm but not high pressured, though did a good enough job for washing my hair and rinsing out sand, shampoo etc. Our bath didn't drain well and took a while so no showers in quick succession. The hairdryer in the bathroom is terrible - I never managed to fully dry my hair with it. Do take your own. There is a vanity table and mirror in the room but I found the lighting at night too dark to do my makeup. the bathroom was better lit. Drinks are ok. Beer is a 3% local and red wine a 13% local drop. The white wine tastes like vinegar so we avoided that after the first glass or two. Cocktails are strong but very sweet. They have Coca Cola and other local soft drinks poured from bottles so can be a little flat. All drinks are served in tiny glasses/paper cups, some people had taken their own (pint) glass out with them and the bar staff did fill them. The entertainment wasn't our cup of tea - karaoke, quiz, live music, drag show. unfortunately it was too chilly to sit outside so we were confined to drinking in the lobby where the entertainment was on, so we were largely subjected to

Das Hotel hat tolles Personal, sehr freundlich. Ich mochte das Essen, frisch gepresste Säfte. Ein früher Check-in war vorgesehen (ein paar Stunden früher). Das einzige, was im Voraus um ein Geburtstagskompliment gebeten wurde, wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Habe noch keine Massage bekommen, weil. Alles war 2 Tage im Voraus geplant, bedenken Sie dies bei der Buchung. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel sauber, angenehm, schön! Wir haben es wirklich genossen.

Hotel El Mouradi Port El Kantoui hat mich positiv überrascht. Eigentlich alles Okay. Aber wenn mann Ruhe verlangt, dann Zimmer an der Terrassenseite ablehnen da es Abends bis 23.00 Uhr (laute) Animation gibt. Ich habe BBC News im Fernsehen vermisst und Holländische BVN sender. Aber gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, direkte Zugang zum Strand und schönes Wetter, sogar im Oktober. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder.
