An excellent location, run by an efficient and seemingly fun team. You get exactly what you pay for. I had a premier room which was lovely. Upgrade wifi was nice. The breakfast speed was great and generally great quality. Watch them scrambled eggs they were a bit odd

Such a warm welcome from Alli, booked a Premier Plus room which was definitely worth the extra couple of pounds. Also booked the meal deal- as a solo traveller this made finding an evening meal and breakfast so much easier. Finding the hotel with the info on the Premier Inn website was a breeze.

I stayed at two Premier Inns on my work trip, and this one was leagues above the other one. Clean and modern, comfy bed, and really nice staff. Supermarket right across the road and some great places to eat nearby. And I loved the room lighting!

Very good location in heart of city.Nice big clean rooms and a good breakfast with lots of options Nice bars and restaurants with plenty of shops nearby.The only drawback is the car park is a bit small but I understand that there is another overspill car park nearby

Room good, cleanliness good. Food average. No flexibility on food choices. Main problem, extreme shortage of staff at meal times. Two staff covering reception, taking food orders, serving meals, answering the phones, clearing tables. The wait to be seated was too long, as staff were busy doing everything else. This new concept of restaurant is not working.

Laura, Debs, and Cherie were very good and understanding and respectful nice members of the staff which helps when you're staying at Hereford City Centre Old Market Hotel we came from Montrose Angus Scotland. It was the break we needed. We were there to see the new member of our family for a few days, and they were very diverse and friendly. Thank you

A standard Premier Inn (clean, comfortable bed, quiet) but with really lovely staff and excellent, freshly cooked poached eggs (definitely not a standard Premier Inn experience!). Very handy for the city centre and cathedral. Thoroughly recommend as a place to stay

My boyfriend and I attend the Christmas Jumper at the racecourse every year. In 2023 and this year we ate breakfast at the Premier Inn before the event. We chose the Premier Inn as my boyfriend likes to eat a traditional breakfast whereas I prefer continental/cereal, etc. On both occasions we’ve had a great welcome with our table waiting for us and the selection of all food and drink are plentiful and always replenished. The eating area is always kept clean.

We often book this Premier Inn, it is convenient as our daughter lives very close by. We always try to book when prices are lower, as it's often just a bed for the night. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the range oms clean and comfortable. When we have eaten at the hotel the food is good, although we usually eat out.
