Dieses Hotel war direkt am Rande der Alpine Helen. Wenn Sie ein Auto von hier nach dem Hauptgebiet Helen in kein Verkehrsmittel nehmen, ist es zwei Minuten. Wandern ist etwa 10-15 Minuten. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ruhig. Die Dusche war eine anständige Größe. Das Personal war warm und freundlich. Der Innenpool ist sehr klein, aber Handtücher sind vorhanden. Deren Fitnessraum ist auch klein und hat Elliptiken, Tresoren, und kostenlose Gewichte und bietet Handtücher, Papierhandtücher und Reinigungsspray für die Ausrüstung. Gut, eine grundlegende Arbeit während des Urlaubs aus der Routine zu halten! Das Frühstück war einfach, nicht zu viele Optionen, aber sie bieten einige glutenfreie Wahlen und wenn o für frisches Obst fragten sie brachten einige Bananen. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben! Gute Preis, sauber und nett Menschen!

The first room we were given was very beat up and different color paint on areas of the wall. Bed nearest the window not very comfortable with springs coming up. Asked for and moved to a second room. Much better room but still had leaky spigot in bathroom near base and a blind that would not go up all the way. No table on the balcony. Very small room for a resort hotel? TV and internet worked fine. View was nice. Exterior is very nice with a large park like space near the river where the pet locations were. The interior was dark and dreary and dirty. Serious renovation needed. The elevator floor war dirty and remained that way our entire stay. Would not stay here again.

I arrived with low expectations and am pleasantly impressed. We were assigned the first room on the second floor, of a two story concrete free standing motel building. There was a safe private parking lot with a spot located immediately in front of our room. The walkways and covered hallways were all freshly pressure washed and painted. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I didn’t pay ritz Carlton rates so I didn’t expect resort amenities or high quality towels or toiletries. I slept well and my family enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest advantage of this motel is the location. It is a block from Betty’s country store, that has everything anyone could possibly need or want, and coffee shops, candy shops, souvenir shops, clothing boutiques and many restaurants within walking distance. Please note as of 7/2024 there is a swimming pool but is not in working order. Overall it was efficient affordable and a positive experience. I would rebook without hesitation and recommend that others do the same.

Der Preis ist im Frühjahr billig und wurde auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon upgradiert. Frühstück ist grundlegend.

After checking in with Joy,we get to our room is not clean housekeeping was in room next to us,asked Brenda and Sadie if they had done our room I was informed then they had only done the beds the day before and they were playing catch up on the rooms,no paper in restroom,they did a quick clean and said they would be back tomorrow lie #1 We walked down to lobby for paper and was told by Joy that were so very sorry and take some off our bill lie#2 I put in request for housekeeping left the next morning went to town for 5 hrs returned to take a nap room had not been touched. Went back to lobby and asked when they would be cleaning our room was told oh they are on that door have they not done your room yet then asked Joy for trash bags and sheets for the bed another person was doing nothing but giving excuses they come in at 9 they should be there soon lie #3&4 went back up with trash bags and sheets clean the room wake up to our bill slide under our door full cost,needless to say we had enough walked down to checkout and was meet with the most childish nasty vile manager I have ever meet Judy my opinion customer service course is need without your customers you don't have a job

Meine Frau und ich gingen zu Helen für eine schnelle Getaway und wir genossen wirklich unser Besuch. Das Hotel wurde gut gepflegt und schien kürzlich renoviert. Alles Personal war persönlich und das Frühstück mit den neuen Cinnamon-Rollen war wie immer großartig. Wir würden hier sicher noch einmal bleiben, wenn wir nach Helen zurückkehren.

If you want a no frills place to sleep with very friendly people who run it, this is your place. It is an older property that could use. A LOT of updates, but we made the best of it. They have cornhole boards, a pool table, grill, and a fire pit (they light every night). It is difficult to get clean towels and other necessities since no one stays in the office. One of the owners cleans the rooms, but there’s a number to call to reach someone. It was not my usual standard, but the kids didn’t have a problem. It does have a “smell,” and I think that’s because it’s older and not updated. I don’t think I would stay again though. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear people walking upstairs constantly and the person next to us had their TV extremely loud.
