Hotel looks really nice from the outside, surrounding grounds a nice and green. Hotel is located right next to Thialf Stadium so excellent location if you have to be there or if you want to enjoy the country side. Hotel is not near town centre, you would need to drive or cycle there. Hotel could do with some refurbishment, bathroom is old and it shows its age. Carpet and wall papers need replacing. We had both dinner and breakfast, of which the first one was ok and breakfast was good, plenty of choice for all. Hotel has free parking and electric charging stations for cars.

Auch mit allen COVID-Beschränkungen hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt! Zunächst in der Forrest mit ausgezeichneten Wander- und Radmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war absolut fantastisch, immer bereit, zu helfen und sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt organisiert ist. Soweit möglich alle Gäste, wo mit einer Möglichkeit zu Fuß und soziale 1,5 m entfernt! Beide Restaurants, wo fabulös, großartiges Essen, Ich würde die 10 Kurs kleine Gerichte empfehlen! Großer Aufenthalt!

Reisen mehrere Male im Monat mit Arbeit wissen Sie nie, was Sie finden, wenn Sie zuerst in ein Hotel ankommen. Dies ist ein echtes Geschirr, ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Zimmer sind entweder in der ursprünglichen Villa, und haben viele Charakter, oder im Zweck-gebauten neuen Flügel, die über den Garten schauen. Ich war in der Villa. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber, ruhig & mit viel Platz. Das Bett war komfortabel. Es gibt Parkplätze auf der Website. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Guter Preis. Das Restaurant hatte ein 'Überraschungsmenü', wo Sie sagen, wie viele Kurse Sie wollen, ob Sie die vegetarischen Optionen wollen, und wenn es irgendwelche Lebensmittel, die Sie nicht mögen, und Sie werden Ihre 'Überraschungsgerichte gebracht. Exzellente Lebensmittel, wirklich gute Qualität.

Nach einer Fahrradreise von Lelystad nach Steenwijk hatte ich ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel. wunderschönes Zimmer sehr gut Bett, schönes Sanitär und ein geräumiges Frühstück genug. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich nach einer Fahrradreise in der Umgebung, mich noch in diesem Hotel kleiden. Gutes Personal.

Das idyllisch gelegene Hotel verfügt nur über 2 Etagen. Es bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und liegt direkt an der Autobahn und ist somit leicht zu erreichen. Der Empfang war herzlich und absolut professionel. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant bzw. an der Bar waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowie sehr flott. Das Abendessen bot allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr üppig gestaltet und absolut ausreichend. Lediglich der Kaffee hätte frisch gebracht werden können - hier war nur ein Automat am Buffet vorhanden! Die Zimmer sind großräumig und bieten ausreichend Platz! Absolut erwähnenswert war auch hier die Sauberkeit!! Abschließend ein tolles Hotel, welches einen idealen Standort darstellt um die weitere Umgebung zu erkunden! Gerne wieder...

The hotel pictures in de adds are beautiful, in real live it is less of a beautiful building in its surrounding (especially in fall on a rainy day) but that is not really what matters. The check in at the reception was surprisingly short and we were good to go to our room that looked perfectly clean. The room was far from warm and the heater could not fix this. The fish heads on the wallpaper were far from appealing to us. The functional light on the ceiling and next to the bed have no dimming function - hence the word functional! So sitting in the bright and cold lighted room and have a drink an a chat is not attractive. But beside the lights, the two chairs (iron and plastic wire) are far from comfortable (hard/no pillows). So the interior itself with the colors and furniture laks warmth. The floor is made from laminated PVC I guess which makes it even colder (but clean). So what you do, you go out and will definitely find your comfort in the restaurant/bistro. The restaurant is a lovely place to be and have a nice dinner. We were served very well by friendly staff. I must admit that the hotel staff - they are the same - were very friendly as well. It is exactly like what others write about. Good wine and good food, lots of people form around having a drink (bistro function) or share a meal (restaurant function) in this nice warm ambiance. When it was time for bed we went back to our fish-room. The beds are two separate beds with plastic wheels which easily drift the beds apart. So each should stay on his side or you both stay on one if you want to be close for a while. The bed itself was good, nice cover/sheets. Pillow was to thin but I think there was a spare one. The shower was great! Spacious and bright. The sink smelled. This is because unfortunately the extra (over load) chamber in the sinks tends to fill with soap bubbles when washing your hands. And this is a perfect spot for fungus to grow. Hard to clean as well, so we do understand this is forgotten. Just have a sip from the running tap and you will know ;-) It all/ the room looks like it is new, just redecorated. To our opinion it could have some finishing touches to make it more perfect. Make it more warm would be our advise. Breakfast in the morning was great! No complains at all. This is organized in a warm looking room. Great coffee! We would definitely recommend this clean hotel if you need to visit this area/city. The people who work here do an honest job with a personal touch. We like that! I think they like it there as well.
