Was working in cleethorpes and stayed here. It was a very warm welcome and I ate im the restaurant every night. Food was amazing. But the highlight of my time here was the friendly staff. To mention my new found friends Evie, Maia, Morgan and Dan. They was very welcoming and made me feel so at home. I work away all the time and stay at premier inns week after week. This is by far the best stay I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you guys I will miss you

Arrived with family for 1 nights stay thank god, staff was the only reason it got 2 stars as they was friendly but the hotel is terrible you can’t open the windows and no air con or fans and so so hot and stuffy, the water pressure for the shower is really bad and struggled washing shower gel off.

My second stay at this hotel. Great location to start with. Ample parking. Quick and efficient check in. Staff friendly and courteous. Restaurant staff lovely . Food great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. A/C not to my liking as it would not turn off . Overall a great stay will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for just one night and it’s alright being honest. It’s a typical Premier inn and you know exactly what you’re getting. The room was clean but it had a slight musty smell. We didn’t moan about it as we wasn’t there for long enough. I would stop again if the need arose. Didn’t eat there as it’s quite pricey now. Reception was lovely. Didn’t get her name but she was very welcoming.

Visited for evening meal on Tuesday, the service was quick. Friendly team Joe and Maia were a pleasure to be served by, I had a haddock which was crispy and hot. Finished with a sticky toffee pudding which was accompanied by ice cream! Will visit again.

Brilliant customer service in the restaurant and the hotel will consider staying here again in the near future the whole time was brilliant while staying here Enjoyed every minute so relaxing to stay here too can't say much more than that really thank you

On arrival we met Elle who was on reception she was very pleasant and professional which is a great start to our experience at this hotel. The room was spotless great job to the house keeping team.the hotel is ideally situated to explore Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas. Will definitely be returning
