Accommodating up to 6-8 people, the suite features 2 comfortable queen bedrooms a murphy bed, and a pull-out sofa bed The small kitchen is fully equipped for preparing hearty meals, and you'll have free WIFI, a large reclining sofa, and a 75’’ TV for entertainment. This space also includes a full-sized pool table. Plus, enjoy exclusive access to a hot tub in the backyard.

Parking: You'll have space to park two vehicles in the outdoor driveway. No street parking is available
Home Details: This safe and well-maintained home is situated in a private community in Heber City. The property has two levels, with other tenants residing on the upper floor. The basement suite has its own private entrance. Enjoy amenities like the fenced-off backyard, hot tub, and grill.
Rules & Information:
• No smoking, vaping or pets allowed in or around the home.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.
• No AC in the unit. Ac not needed
• Full size Washer and dryer
• 2 queen size Air mattress for additional sleeping space.
• Free access to Heber Valley Public Transportation; also access to other paid transportation services.
• Winter conditions advisory: Be cautious of slippery and icy conditions during winter months, including roof snow and icicles.
PROPERTY CONDITION:
Upon departure, the property must be maintained in the same state as it was during check-in, with the exception of normal wear and tear. The Property Manager is permitted to enter at reasonable times for repairs. Cooking is restricted to designated areas, and the Guest must promptly inform the Property Manager of any fire or damage. The Guest is responsible for the actions of friends and family on the premises. Subletting or assigning the rental agreement is not allowed. The Guest must comply with the House rules. Pets are not allowed. Indoor and outdoor smoking or vaping on the premises is prohibited. With a fine no less then 100.00 and the Guest must remove sand or mud from feet and belongings before entering the property. Parties or events are prohibited. The hot tub (if available) must not be used by unsupervised children, and gates must be kept closed. Guests and invitees use the hot tub at their own risk
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Mountain Vista Inn assumes no responsibility for any loss, expense, damages, claims, or injuries, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from the provision of services or accommodations as described or substituted. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in services due to military actions, revolution, acts of God, government agencies, unforeseen circumstances, or events. Mountain Vista Inn, its agents, owners, employees, subcontractors, servants, or substitutes will act in good faith to provide accommodations or services of a comparable type. The Inn will not be liable, even in the case of substitutions, to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services. Some guest activities, may also encounter hazards such as slippery floors, faulty electrical or plumbing systems, and dangerous stairs or pathways. By booking the property, guests acknowledge their voluntary participation in all activities, assuming all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss to person and property. We loved this place!
Everthing about our stay was fantastic! Very cute and clean. Perfect for a small group. The host was great! They have everything well planned out to suit your needs. All the comforts of home with the bonus of having a pool table & hot tub!

Perfect stay for a local ski trip!
This very clean and cozy in law basement was a great stay in Heber City! The host provided any necessities needed during the stay. The place was in a perfect location just being less then 30 minutes to local ski areas. The area also has free shuttles in the area that offer free rides to those local ski areas. Would definitely recommend!

Blessed beyond measure 🙏
We stayed 2 nights . It was our 10 year anniversary the was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were very respectful to us and they left us snacks and coffe. We love Heber its one of our favorite places. It was very quite on the first night but the second night it was a little noisy upstairs like closingba door and moving furniture aroun at 11 pm. I would still rent this place again another time. We Rreally enjoyed it there. Fantastic Property and Owners!
I SINCERELY thank Lori & Jason for their genuinely kind hospitality and for sharing their home! I stayed a week and can say for certain that every single detail is on point! Exactly like the pics but even better, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! There are instructions and tips throughout which are easy to follow, and countless items are included that are wonderful to have so you don't need to buy something, only to use a small portion of it during your couple of day or week or more stay. You will have all the pantry items needed to cook and store your leftovers, and every bathroom item you can think of but might have forgotten. If that's not enough, there were extremely nice and thoughtful items provided to get you started, plus pamper you before making a trip to the store. Without a doubt, these extra "gifts" will go above and beyond ANYONE'S expectations. i.e. coffee & hot chocolate K-cups, different flavored creamers and sweeteners, teas, bottles of water, snacks, and some super special treats that are waiting when you walk through the door. The list could truly go on and on. Lori and Jason are VERY responsive and even went out of their way to provide a couple of extra things I requested, such as scales to weigh my suitcase. Have I mentioned the NEW hot tub/outdoor space?! :-) I'm confident you won't be disappointed and will feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. You don't get this kind of service just anywhere, so book now before it's too late!
