Nach dem einchecken betrat ich ein ungereinigtes Zimmer mit einem großen Müllbeutel in der Mitte des Raums ,s (alte Tabletten, Einlagen etc. waren dort offen zu sehen). Nach Intervention an der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt das man mir kein anderes Zimmer anbieten kann/will. Stattdessen sollte ich in der Lobby warten bis die Rezeptionistin das Zimmer gereinigt hat. Das Zimmer, speziell das Bad, ist schon sehr abgewohnt. Kostenloses Internet/Wifi lässt sich erst gar nicht verbinden. Das kostenpflichtige schmeißt einen ca. alle 30 Minuten raus.

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially man on reception who helped me with my early check in. Very clean and central by station. Many visits to this hotel, always very welcoming. I requested a bath which they sorted for me. Always pleased with my stays here.

Great stay at Premier inn. Great friendly staff at Haywards Heath , staff very helpful to ensure you have a good stay. Modern rooms with good comfortable beds only one small negative and this is due to unable to pay for a late check out in advance, reason by HH premier inn being due to fire regulations??

I stay quite regularly at PI, and something has changed with the bedding. The pillows were flat (not the usual big fluffy ones), very disappointing. The bed sheets not silky smooth like usual. They had a texture to them...slightly scratchy...felt cheap, and not to usual standard I am used to. Room was clean and tidy, just disappointed with quality of bed.

1. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. 2. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and bright. 3. The hotel's prime location makes exploring the city a breeze. 4. Hotel is close to railway 5. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

We are a local group who meet up regularly at the Premier Inn in Haywards Heath. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facility to meet in their restaurant where tea, coffee and pastries are available for a charity donation, is so helpful to keep the group in touch with each other over the winter. Well done Premier Inn!

Room always comfortable & clean. Don't bother spending money on Premier Inn food - it's not a good experience. Paid £8.99 for Continental-with VERY limited choice, ended up with coffee & 1 slice toast! Get your food from Waitrose opposite!

Very friendly staff and great location for the station. Had to search for extra pillows and a second set of towels which were hidden in the "wardrobe". Just 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee seems a bit miserly especially when staying two nights. How about providing some herbal teas or decaffeinated options? Stayed a Thursday night and a Friday night - The price for Thursday night was three times the price of Friday night! Enjoyed being able to have a bath.

Best visit to Premier Inn for years. Staff's attention to detail spot on, every staff member was helpful from check Inn & in the restaurant later. They have a new chef in the kitchen from my last visit, and his chicken makhani curry was excellent. Presentation was as good as an Indian restaurant, chillies & sliced onion on top.
