Premier Inn Haywards Heath

We stay at premier inns across the country very regularly, upon our arrival the we had a small issue with the check in (admin error), but the staff were very welcoming, Clare who we dealing our problem managed to sort it fairly quickly, she also looked after us in the restaurant, but unfortunately the food was not up the the normal standards we would expect from the Thyme Restaurant at the hotel, I tried to order a mixed grill be was told the they had no chicken, steak or gammon, so ordered the chicken burger, but when it arrived there was next to no chips which we was told that they had now run out of chips, but a huge portion of coleslaw on the plate, which was far too much, the chicken in the burger was overcooked and dry, but the service was very friendly and helpful and big thanks to Clare. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable, but there is next to no parking available at this hotel if you are in a large vehicle.

When we arrived we were greeted by Christian, I believe his name was, with a friendly smile. We have stayed here before but he still explained everything about the hotel, including parking which can be a bit of a pain here, although we always park in the station car park. The stay was great and what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn.

Friendly staff especially Chris who accommodated our additional needs for access. Lovely comfortable mattress and spacious bed. Delicious croissants. The bar service was great with competitive prices. Would highly recommend would cum again.

In the hotel room i turned the heating off but when returned at night to sleep it was still to hot and no window to open. and could not sleep. Did tell reception but nothing happened and no other rooms available. So the hole experience was very poor.

A great place to stay for me as it's close to family, and various local attractions. The room was very comfortable, as usual always the case for Premier Inn. The staff helpful and polite. A very comfy bed!...and a good choice at breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.

Friendly and helpful staff as well as super clean and comfortable rooms. Small touches like hot powerful shower and soft comfy bed linen and pillows was a treat. The TV could do with modernising so you can cast your smart phones to the TVs. The car park price ontop of the room booking was brutal. Also the price for a room for one night including brekkie was very expensive!
