Great service! Jamie was very helpful and polite. She was great with helping us out our room, and answer all of our questions with a smile. The room was very clean, the premiere in location was great as well only 20 min drive to get to most locations.

I have used Premier inn and the connected pub/restaurants many times through work and leisure and have always found them to be pleasant enough and convenient. However on a recent trip to Cornwall we had a totally different experience. The Premier Inn reception staff were very pleasant and friendly but the Chef & Brewer bar staff could not have been ruder in all honesty. It was like an episode of Fawlty Towers as customer after customer were given the rolling eyes treatment or a very sharp reply to any request that was slightly different. This wouldn’t bother me if the place was busy as I can imagine it may be a stressful job but it was very quiet with only around 3-4 tables in use. The same could be said about the breakfast staff the next morning. We actually spoke to 2 other couple out in the car park as we all noticed how rude the staff had been to each other. At least it was entertaining I guess but we won’t be using them again in a hurry

Had a lovely stay at this premier inn. Staff are always so kind and friendly Loren, Marianne, Hayden, Jamie. Wouldn't stay any where else in the local area as this is very convenient. Older style premier inn but the staff makes up this place thanks all

The rooms were lovely and cllean during the stay, all staff i encounteredd were super helpful and friendly were all happy to helpp me, plenty of parking outside of the building had alot of choice which was niice, woould definitely stay again

All staff are very polite ..rooms are clean ...beds are comfy.....reception staff are very polite......everything is in the rooms when you arrive....definitely will tell all my family and friends to stay there....also all staff go up and beyond to help you ...

The room was very tired and in need of decoration, it looked dusty and in need of a hoover. Hot water tap hardly worked and hardly got any hot water. Shower was OK but not powerful Window full of condensation The normal WI-FI was poor Room was warm, bed was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking. Staff were polite

Plenty of on site parking. Clean rooms, knowledgeable friendly staff. Prices were higher than in the midlands but that’s the norm for staying in Cornwall. Young lady on reception named Tilly had lots of local knowledge and offered ideas of places to visit and eat. Overall the hotel was great for our needs, we will definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting in this hotel! The water is coming through the taps brown/yellow even after running the taps for a good while! Is it safe to wash in or drink? We have had to go out and buy bottled water just in case. Absolutely no communication or instructions from the hotel staff or Premier Inn at all! Never ever staying at this hotel again! 😡😡😡

Excellent staff member Jamie made our visit by her excellent customer service skills and care. She went out of her way to help us with a booking and we are very grateful for her warmth and care. A great stay also, comfy room and great location for what we needed.
