I specifically emailed stating I need 2 twin rooms on the ground floor next door to each other for elderly guests. If you could not provide you should have emailed me back, I sent two emails upon booking. Instead one of the rooms smelt of mold as soon as walking in, there was mold and hair within the bathroom. This was changed for a room on 2nd floor which was a massive inconvenience and difficult for the guests to go up and down the stairs, this defeated the point of me asking for room on ground floor. In addition to this room 21 tap not working properly. The stains on the carpet where horrendous and had a smell from them. Why would you put elderly guests on 2nd floor when I specifically stated ground floor? As I complained at reception they were moved to 1st floor but still this is not what I requested. Premier inn failed to meet their usual standard, the rooms were awful. I'd like a refund of at least one room for both nights, it's absolutely disgusting service.
