The property was very clean and well kept. All the staff that helped us from check in to checkout was very friendly and helpful. My family and I already started planning our next trip to Aston Kaanapali Shores while we were still currently staying. Highly recommended!

For the price, the property is definitely worth staying at. It’s a good value. Location is really nice near plenty of walkable restaurants and food park. Pool areas were nice and not overly crowded. Staff was great. Food at restaurant on property is just mediocre.

I was pleasantly surprised to have a have an apartment not just a hotel room. It was co For table and homey. It’s honorable that the property was still supporting victims of the Lahaina fire.room.

This is an excellent well maintained property with very nice staff. It’s an older property but right on the beach.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Maui. Great location, excellent beach and super friendly staff. Our a/c went out mid stay and they were super helpful in immediately getting us moved to a new room. It was an awesome upgrade at that. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The pools, hot tubs , and ocean views made it a memorable stay for us. The top floor suites are great with fully equipped kitchen which we liked. There is a nice supermarket and lots of food options within a walkable distance. We would definitely stay their again

I booked an ocean view room based on the photo on *******. Our room had a resort/pool view staring at another building next to it with the water far in the distance. I complained to the front desk and showed them the pic from ******* vs our room and they said ******* uploaded the photos, not them and would not reimburse me the difference in rooms. They offered a restaurant credit, but we didn’t eat there. They also offered to move us over a couple rooms but the view was essentially the same. So the hotel did nothing. I called ******* and they claimed the hotel uploaded the photos and details and also refused to refund me the difference in rooms. So essentially nothing was done. So be careful when viewing the one bedroom ocean view pics, that is not what you will get. Even if it said “partial ocean view” I would be a little more understanding but the photos are inaccurate, whoever uploaded them. The hotel was pretty clean, but not pristine with no daily housekeeping service. We did not realize how damaging the fires were in Lahaina. We were glad that we could support the community, but thought after almost a year, the community would have been somewhat rebuilt, but it wasn’t. There were tons of people living in tents and fema sheds and a large homeless population. Most water activities like snorkeling or zip lining were 2 hours away. So, had we known of the lack of rebuild in the community and extent of damage, we would have booked on another part of the island.
