將要入住前一天，我已經在海外，攜程電話通知我這家酒店水箱壞了，不接待，要把我轉入另一家相同旗下的酒店，非常擔心，與攜程反覆協商有沒有更好的解決方案。因為時間太緊，沒辦法調整了。沒想到的是：換的這家酒店還是相當不錯，超出我的預期，在海邊（照片都是在酒店拍攝的），早餐不錯，房間服務沒辦法了，這是在古巴，要接受現實。

酒店的位置非常好，酒店比較新，裝修各方面看着都還不錯，可惜第一天進到房間就發現3隻小蟑螂。
早餐在7樓，風景不錯，最後一天因為早起趕飛機，還主動幫我們打包了早餐。總的來説在哈瓦那已經算不錯的了。

非常好👍性價比很高。露天房面積蠻大的，也提供一般的牙刷肥皂啥（沒有用，據説物資匱乏）。酒店位置很好，離中心幾分鐘路程，在有名的大街邊上，晚上可以散步體驗一下當地居民的生活（如照片）酒店早餐特別好，是套餐，品質味道品種都很好，是驚喜。

第二次入住該酒店，換了個房型，質量依舊沒得説，還是超出了我們的預期，原本以為稍微基礎點的房型可能會不好，但其實硬件服務衞生都還在線，頂層風景依然不錯，強力推薦！

遙遠的地方，美麗的古巴🇨🇺。來這裏打卡，一生中難得。前兩天一直續住，一直好評。説酒店🏨好的地方是實事求是，但做的不足之處，也需要酒店🏨高度重視，加以改進。
最後一天退房，好不容易在外邊很遠的地方找到一輛出租車，我説明:讓司機等我拿行李，再退房查房，時間不會很久，並加錢，因為等待。司機愉快的接受了。
可是查房出了問題，酒店不讓我離開，因為語言問題，很久才搞明白，説我在酒店消費飲料了。讓我付清費飲料費用。
不是錢的問題【因為不想流落街頭、飛機很晚、又花了550一天房費，確衹住了4.5的小時】，是實事求是！我的客房根本沒有冰箱，更別説什麼橙汁·可樂🥤了，莫名其妙！
一直僵持中、最後查房工作人員才急忙大喊好幾聲:sorry。事情才得已解決。
（我猜想她們是差錯房了）。
結局是，司機等久了，很生氣，大腳轟油門，表示憤怒，結果自己車還壞在酒店🏨門口了【酒店所有的工作人員（前台、接待、門僮、保潔員、查房員、酒店經理）都目睹此事】。
我可是去機場，急切的內心可想而知，那個急啊，最後不得不，換車走了。
酒店也許不看評論，也許不在乎，都無所謂了，過去了！難得糊塗。但真心希望酒店看到我的評論後，説明一下到底發生了什麼！謝謝！
我最後想説:請酒店真的加強一下管理、別在出現類似情況，讓旅遊的我們身心疲憊，焦慮萬分，情緒崩潰！（異地他鄉、所等飛機一週就2班）
一生中，太難得來一次古巴了，一直興奮激動美麗中！可是你們的一次小小的“疏忽大意”“小錯誤“，會讓原本美好的一切，卻在我的內心中形成不可磨滅的陰影。一聲歎息、委屈無助的記憶永遠揮之不去！😭
回國了、再見、美麗的古巴🇨🇺😭
