位置不是很中心，但是走出5分鐘，也是靠近吃飯一條街，另外我這15年的老會員，訂的價格不但沒有優惠，還比門市價格搞出近200%，真無語，門市價720，卻收了我1880一晚，太不合理了，並且不能退，這就是攜程服務

Tina and Sasha were very helpful. The whole process was handled for me with minimal waiting time. The rooms were also nice and clean. The food was also very nice, and didn’t take too long to make. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely come back to stay here.

This was a really pleasant, clean hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal at their restaurant, it was the best experienced at the premier Inn chain of hotels. Great value for money, piping hot and delicious. A big thank you to Nick who took our order in the restaurant for making our evening such a pleasant one. You are a credit to the company and we really appreciated your humour.

The receptionist kris was extremely helpful and a really nice guy, he gave me a free upgrade as the company i work for had put me in a disabled room and I can't cope with everything being so low down with having a bad back, I am very grateful to him for this kindness.

A group of women aged from 30's to 70's all our requirements were met, the food was excellent and all the staff welcoming and attentive. Checking was seamless and did not cause any problems. The accessible room worked well for our wheelchair user, and the lifts took us quickly to our rooms.

Excellent service from Sally and Connor the chef. Great welcome and the rooms are super clean with the comfiest bed. Great parking facilities for a city too. Surprisingly quiet for city location. Great value and great service all around. Would highly recommend

I dropped by for breakfast before a long day. It was a spontaneous decision. I phoned and spoke to the lovely Sally who said I'd be welcome. She was right she made me very welcome. Food standard was great. Comfort and attention to detail by Sally was lovely . Yet the whole time she was also doing many other jobs. Never not giving a warm welcome and support ro every guest that came her way. It was spontaneous I went there but it will definitely become one of my guilty pleasures .
