It's very good hotel, i'm very happy to share a review of this hotel, it is very comfortable to stay in this one, especially it's a couple friendly hotel.

This hotel had a rooftop bar and the sound was loud till 10:30pm, not ideal for family, especially with baby, i had to change the room, the room's cleanliness was below average and staff was friendly.

Rooms are large size, but no maintenance, no support for car parking, dirty pillow cover and bedsheets, did not give towels, when asked we were told it will be given in the morning. There is pub in the rooftop, very noisy. Overall not a good experience

Not at all suitable for family customers. Situated in a busy national highway main road with no parking facility. This property is situated in a commercial complex at fourth floor and on top of it there is a very noisy pub that throws out unmanageable noise that will not reduce even if you close all doors and windows. Hassan being a low temp town during oct month even hot water for bathing was not available. Horrible experience.

The room was not as good as it shows in the app. The bathroom can be rated 3/5 for hygiene. No toiletries provided. Totally not so worthy of the price you pay. Can get a lot better rooms for the same price.

Pro:
1) location is close from railway station and bustand
2) rooms are big
cons:
1) there's a bar below and a pub above the hotel(not fit to stay with family. 2) door lock doesn't work. 3) floor is dirty, bathrooms are worst. 4) only one receptionist handling everything. He too won't be available. 5) check - in process is a hassle.

Water was not coming on basin tap. After complaining also no change. Bed is not good quality. Soap kit not provided till we asked. Only good thing is room is spacious.

We booked ac room'but it's not working in that room and fan also slow we complain about that to manager but he give silly reasons and there is a lot of mosquito in the room it's a terrific night for us
