Due to bad weather not able to reach and request make my tripe to provide refund or alternative date but no response even after making 3calls and explaining to each one of them. They just stick to policy and not customer experience. Hotel provide number they don’t pick the call at all. Such hotel should be delisted.

Hotel raama was a comfortable stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very tasty. One of the good hotels in hassan.

I was extremely disappointed during my stay at hotel raama. I had booked a triple room executive ac, which was supposed to have three proper beds in the room as per the photos shown at the time of booking. However, upon check-in, to my surprise, i was allotted a double bedroom with a make-shift bed. When asked about it, the hotel staff told me all rooms were occupied and i had to manage with this one. I really felt cheated, unfortunately did not have a choice. I regularly stay at hotel rama and this is the first time i had such a bad experience.

Did not allow to enter the hotel, boarding did not happened and did not received any refunds. Found this hotel under the make my trip

Very comfortable stay. The staff is extremely courteous. Rooms are neat and family friendly. The restaurant is in the basement and offers a variety of tasty dishes. However, view from room is not great, which is not a big issue though.

We stayed in hotel rama for 2 day. Experience is mixes, more on positive. The hotel is good, the room that we got in ground floor is very spacious, like a suite in other hotel. Staff (mainly gaudaji) is very friendly and supportive. Lot of parking space. Resturant is huge. Food is super. Never seen such one. Also the swrvuce is so fast i never see that before in such hotel. On con side, bathrooms are huge but lot of issue in shower and other bathroom accessary. Hallway carpet is old and not cleaned. Tea is bad. Overall a good stay
