Nikhara Estate and Resort

Horrible place.emty rooms, no food avilable.scary place...had worst experience of my life...have booked through agoda online platform by paying full amount .. after reaching the spot we are surprised to see only one care taker and one house keeping at resort with no food facility then we could not stay there and lost booking amount 😭

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give one star purely for the helpfulness of the staff. Beyond that, this was the most horrendous experience I've ever had at a hotel. The moment I arrived, I realized that my wife and I were the only guests at the resort, which was terrifying and unsettling. 3-feet long grass, and slippery green algae all around. The entire place felt abandoned and neglected for months (Please see the pictures for yourselves and be the judge). Only two staff members were present, and while they were helpful, their assistance couldn’t make up for the disastrous state of the hotel. The lack of basic amenities was appalling. There was no electricity or water, making it impossible to have a comfortable stay. The place was infested with spiders and insects, adding to the nightmarish experience. The bedding and plates were filthy and unhygienic, and to top it off, water seeped into the room all night due to the rain. It was utterly miserable and unacceptable. The entire property was in disrepair, unmanaged, and uninhabitable. For a room that cost INR 3,495, this was an absolute rip-off. The resort’s (very remote) location on the outskirts with limited nearby hotels only added to the helplessness of the situation. In summary, this hotel is an absolute disaster. The one star is solely for the staff, who did their best in a hopeless situation. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity and well-being.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. There were flies everywhere and the sheets were used and covered in stains and insects. The service was absolutely terrible and I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. I have given this a 1 star in everything cause a 0 star isn't possible

The food is average and they serve upma for breakfast which is cooked at home. The staff doesnt give coffee to room and say come and get your coffee. They charge money as if its a real hotel but they dont have a fridge in the entire hotel. The rooms are terrible maintained as there are mould growing in some rooms and door handles just come clean off. They have an aquarium tank filled with nice fishes but the tank is filthy as no one has cleaned the tank in ages. if you ask the staff to light campfire, they give excuses and say its not possible but will only make the fire if you pester them. The bed is very hard, AC doesnt work and There is no intercom if you want to call room service. Only plus point is that the ambience is good, the building looks nice and recreation facility is ok. One of our worst hotel experiences ever. Seriously, you are better off staying at home than coming to this place
