Die Stadtrandlage nahe eines Kreisels mit Lidl und McDonalds als Nachbarn kann man nicht bezaubernd nennen. Aber sie ist für Ankömmlinge mit der Fähre von Holland wie wir ideal. Der Zimmerstandard entsprach einfacherem 3-Stern-Niveau, an Einrichtung und Sauberkeit gab's nichts zu mäkeln. Unsere Velos durften sogar im Zimmer übernachten ;-). Das «sehr gut» verdient sich das Kettenhotel mit seinem aufgestellten und kundenfreundlichen Personal. Dieses verdient ein grosses Lob. Mein erstes English Breakfast seit vielen Jahrzehnten hat ebenfalls gemundet. Die Zutaten wurden geduldig erklärt und von den Nachbarn im Frühstücksraum mitdiskutiert.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a member of staff called Amanda. She was very professional and helpful in arranging our stay. She was very friendly and polite throughout our interactions. Her customer services were top class. She is an asset to your team and because of this I have taken the time to leave this 5 star review.

The staff in general very friendly and helpful apart from the one young chef swearing at us as we arrived later than expected to eat ( traffic) and the night porter couldn’t be asked to help with a noisy neighbour ( sounded like he was putting some furniture together with the banging all night long)

We have stayed here many times and staff are always very freindly and go out of there way to help if needed.rooms are always clean and beds very comfy.well worth the cost.the mayflower next door does lovely a lovely breakfast.its well run by arron and his staff.will definately be going back again.

Have stayed here multiple times for work. Rooms are a good size. Comfy mattresses and great value for money. Hotel is very clean. Having the Mayflower next door for affordable breakfasts and dinners is another great feature. Free parking is a big draw and it is located close to several supermarkets. Harwich town centre is a short car journey or 30-40 minutes walk. Best of all are the front of house team. Amanda, Rae and Georgie always ensure a warm welcome and always willing to assist. Always my first hotel choice when I am in the area.

The hotel was fine. Friendly staff, good rooms, good beds, good location. We stayed on the first floor and it was very warm. Even with a fan and the window open. Staff was aware about it. It was the building and the could do anything else about it.

Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Bed was very comfortable. A few more instructions on how to operate items e.g. the shower would have been helpful. Overall our experience was of an extremely pleasant stay. We would certainly consider staying in a Premier Inn in future.

Lovely stay. Excellent service at reception from Amanda and Sue. We had a few questions on arrival and they were able to easily organise answers for us. Also had a good quality reasonably priced meal in the adjoining restaurant, with friendly bar and waiting staff. Thank you!

We had a wonderfull breakfast. We loved the warm part, especially the fried eggs, the mushrooms and the tomatoes. The service was really nice and very friendly. Thanks Amanda and Hannah. You gave our holiday a tremendous good start. See you again soon!
