"We are quite regular guests at the Premier Inn Hartlepool Marina to visit family and it meets all our needs very well. We only sleep in the hotel and eat in the Brewers Fayre restaurant, and we are not looking for any other facilities . The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet with good curtains so we sleep well. We have never been disturbed by noisy guests. The rooms have always been clean with all we need for a short stay. We have never had a problem finding parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price fluctuates but is usually good value. The marina area is interesting with good walks including the coastal path."

"Booked the norton hotel very last minute..got there to find this is a non reception hotel and a keyless check in..that means you get a code for yr room which you key in to gain access..not only did i not get a code i had no internet connction with which to access it....we had to find a cafe to go eat in order to use their wifi. I eventually got the code both to the outside front door and then found our room. Unfortunately the instructions we were given were wrong and we couldnt get into the room. I phoned the emrrgency number and thank goodness the owner answered immediately and talked us through the procedure. We entered to gind this was not the room we booked. It was small and dark with film over the window. BUT it was nipping clean. The bed was lovely and the bathroom was extemely small but very clean with s lovely swan figure made up of towels. This hotel is mainly for workers and contractors to stay in. No food or bar but there is a shared kitchen for customers use. An ok hotel but not for us."

"Das Hotel ist sehr bequem und freundlich. Das erste Zimmer, das wir erhalten hatten, hatte ein kleines Doppelbett, wir fragen die Rezeption, ob sie ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett hatten und sie einen für uns mit allen Fragen gefunden haben.  Unser Aufenthalt war gut, die Lage ist sehr bequem im Zentrum der Stadt."
