Sehr traurig Darstellung von Sheraton. Ich hatte ein Zimmer, kam in. Unpacked. Nach einiger Zeit ging es etwas Wasser für Tee zu heißen und der kalte Wasserspiegel funktionierte nicht. Es war nicht an das ganze Fässer gebunden. Das bedeutet, dass es nur warmes Wasser für Gesicht und Handwaschen schütteln und nichts anderes. Kein Tee, kein Wasser. Ich rief an das Frontdesk. Die junge Dame sagte: ”Oh ja, es ist nicht gebrochen, Sie müssen es einfach auf die richtige Weise zu schütteln”. Ich sagte sicher, hang up amd ging es ein wenig zu schütteln. Nach sorgfältig spielen mit dem kalten Wasserspiegel unter dem Tauchbündel, um zu versuchen, was wirklich auf mich entschieden Das ist nicht ok. Ich ging zurück zum Frontdesk anrufen. Keiner hat aufgezogen. Ich habe wieder angerufen. Schließlich holt ein nettes Gentleman auf. Ich erkläre das ganze Sotry von Anfang an wieder, dass er sagt, er wird einen Wartungsmann schicken, um zu prüfen. 10-15 Minuten passieren, niemand kommt. Ich bin müde, hungrig, schmutzig, verrückt, so ist mein Reise-Bud. Ich kriege meine Schlüsselkarte. Ich gehe runter. Ich treffe diesen schönen Gentleman und erläutern Sie das Problem und bitte um ein neues Zimmer. Er gibt mir die neue Zimmerkarte. Ich gehe hoch, beginne meine Taschen zu bewegen. Mitten Verpackungswartungsmann zeigt sich, überrascht es gibt ein Problem. Er greift den Leveler und sagt ”Oh ok, es ist kaputt” kein sh*t. Wir bewegen uns ins neue Zimmer. Es riecht naiv, wie jemand in ihm in der letzten Woche rauchte 24/7. Ich lass es gehen. Ich drehe das Wasser auf und das kalte Wasser war nicht kalt es war am besten warm ...yes ich musste es trinken, da es keine Laden umher gab, so musste es mit dem zu tun, was ich hatte. Die Blätter waren naiv, bitte schauen Sie sich das ”komfortabler/blanket”, das für sich selbst spricht. Sheraton ist das gleiche.. pitty

Ich habe hier 2 Tage verbracht. schönes und sauberes Hotel, das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Das Zimmer schien sehr sauber zu sein und das Badezimmer war gut. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr groß. mit Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind groß, viele Kissen. Das Bett war bequem. .Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber. Check-in und Check-out sind immer schnell. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Günstige Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn und zahlreicher Restaurants. Apotheke und einige andere Geschäfte. gute Parkmöglichkeiten und sehr sicher. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Die Renovierungen haben es zu einem noch besseren Ort zum Verweilen gemacht

Some pros and cons Spacious Room (stayed in a double queen suite with pull out couch). Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Overall, facility and room was very clean. Good value for the cost. The facility felt safe. Security went through the parking lot slowly down each row at night (twice that I saw.) However, the pool was disgusting. The water was foggy to the point you couldn't see the bottom step. There were several chunks of hair floating in the pool and a straw. (Big bummer since we traveled with kids to a place specifically with a pool.) The room itself was big but had a stuffy, mildew smell. Since none of the windows open there was no way to air it out. The odor was strong enough to wake me up a few times in the middle of the night. The view of the parking lot and dumpster leave something to be desired but it your just looking for a place to rest, no biggie. The rooms with odd numbers have a view of a pretty building.

Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Lage war großartig von Anfang an bis zum Ende. Wir waren dort für The Great American Stamp Show im Convention Center. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es war sehr gut. Wir haben am zweiten Tag zusätzliche Kaffeepakete gefragt und wurden glücklich genug für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts 4-day vorgestellt. Wir hatten unser Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt, da es viele Handtücher, etc. gab und ich habe ein ”Sache”, um das Bett zu machen, wenn wir rauskommen. Die Front Desk Crew war erstaunlich ... immer fröhlich und bereit, mit allem zu helfen, Wie die Bars und Server im Café. Kudos für alle. Plus, das Hotel ist in einfacher Gehstrecke vom erstaunlichen Wadsworth Museum, dem Connecticut Science Center und mehreren sehr guten Restaurants.

The only reason I put 1 star was because there wasn't a zero star option. My Wife and I stayed 1 night here just to rest our heads for the night, while we were on the way to Maine for work. We had just laid our head down at 3am and all of a sudden there's screaming and human growling and items being thrown coming from the man across the hall from our room. it sounded like appliances being thrown at the door and walls. We were scared, not gonna lie, of the clearly mentally unstable and aggressive person across the hall. We called the front desk from our room to see if the kid working up front could get him to stop or call the police. IT WAS THAT BAD!!! The Kid at the front didn't want to do anything and then stated, ”he is in his room that he paid for, I cant do anything about what he's doing in there.” Even though THEIR MOTEL ROOM WAS BEING DESTROYED!!!! We requested to move rooms if he wasn't going to do anything about it. He changed our room, after he urged that our last room was the very last room available for that night. So we thought it was odd immediately when a room just suddenly became available. So when we wake up today, the same motel is trying to charge my card $500 it was declined. Then another attempt of $400. We called the Motel and said it was a mistake. our room was only $91.99 not $500 and not $400. The Manager then said that we were in the room that got destroyed and I told him that we were in the room across the hall and I have the receipt to prove it. He then started calling My wife ”a F******g B**** and that he's going to get his money for his motel damages because we demolished the room.” I called Corporate to file a claim and dispute, and the associate even saw in their system that the SLIMEY WORKERS at this Motel 6 Changed our room number after we checked out of our room. HE CHANGED OUR ROOM NUMBER TO THE DEMOLISHED ROOM NUMBER AFTER WE CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! So they are in the process of getting it disputed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. IF YOU DO STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH OR ELSE THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NEED TO STAY HERE. THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A ”CIVIL MATTER”

Ich hoffe, dass die Decke des Zimmers nicht verschüttet wird. Ich habe viele Haare, die an all meinen Kleidern kleben. Ich gehe schon lange nach Hause, es ist ein wenig mühsam, das andere ist ausgezeichnet, der Service ist gut, das Zimmer ist komfortabel!

Alles war perfekt, von Frühstück bis zu komfortablen Betten und sauberen Einrichtungen. Sehr hilfreich und freundliches Personal. Wir baten um eine spätere Prüfung, sie hatten kein Problem mit der Komfort für uns. Sicherlich wird sie zurückkehren und jedem empfehlen !

I have styed here multiple times (10+) over the last 18 months or so spending thousands of dollars in the process. Im in a good position to offer a review. Good - Like 95% of HIEX's...Location. Right off 91. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lady who tends to work mornings on front desk/breakfast is always super friendly. Staff in general pretty friendly, cleanliness decent. Never had a problem with WI-FI, its always been pretty good and reliable. Bad - Like 95% of HIEX's...Walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. Breakfast typical of this chain, nothing to write home about. Tiny breakfast room. Only one elevator and its mostly taken up by housekeeping staff 8am-1pm. STRONG smell of **** in corridors. Exit doors always wedged open (not great for security). Ugly - Ive witnessed at least 3 occasions where cars have been broken into in the parking lot. On my most recent visit, 10 (yes, TEN!) cars had their windows smashed. Now this isnt the hotels fault per se, blame that on the local scumbags, but the parking lot is dimly lit and has no CCTV. Maybe time to install some better lighting and cameras? This was my go-to hotel for my work in the Hartford area but after seeing all the car windows smashed up i was a) glad my car was spared, b) sorry for all those folks who had their day ruined and c) looking at other hotels elsewhere from now on. Shame

Es gibt Frühstück, genügend Kaffee und heißes Wasser in der Lobby, kostenlose Parkplätze, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle im Zimmer, ein Hotel das ich mag, Kette. Ich habe vor drei Jahren in seinem Laden gewohnt.

Wirtschaftlich praktisch, sauber kleines Stadthotel, das Zimmer hat eine Mikrowelle, kein Warmwasserschrank, das Bett ist sehr groß, die beste Familie in der Nähe der Smith College. Obwohl das Frühstück vorhanden ist, kann man ignorieren, der Kaffee ist sehr sauer und nicht sauer!
