The back bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, great for occupying the kids. The loft bedroom boasts a queen bed and a seating area for hanging out separately from the group. The 100% down mattress futon can fold out to become a 4th bed, so luxurious, it may win out as the most comfortable place to sleep in the house. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove.
