Отель замечательный, если будем еще в Харбине обязательно забронирую его еще. Рекомендую! А теперь по оценкам: - Местоположение: Находится квартале от набережной р.Сунгари, в пешей доступности метро и остановки автобусов (что очень удобно т.к. в часы пик передвижение на такси очень увеличивает время пути). В квартале от отеля находится чудесный парк, в трех кварталах знаменитая пешеходная улица ”Харбинский Арбат”, Софийский собор и бесчисленные торговые центры. - Чистота: Заехали в чистый номер, без нареканий. Но в период проживания уборка не производилась (мытьё полов, раковины и т.д.). Пришлось обращаться на ресепшн с вопросом ”Почему не убирают?!”, нам пояснили что персоналу запрещено трогать вещи постояльцев. После нашей просьбы убраться все было выполнено, но это не удобно так как уборка важный элемент комфорта. - Обслуживание: полотенца всегда чистые и белоснежные, замена каждый день. Питьевая вода, чай, кофе каждый день. При въезде приятный презент в виде конфет, печенья, колы и пива. Все бесплатно. Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый, всегда были готовы помочь. - Удобства: Постельное бельё белоснежное на каждой кровати по 2 удобные подушки, мягкие матрасы. Имеется холодильник, чайник, фен, тапочки, помывочные принадлежности хорошего качества (с собой можно не брать). Номер полностью автоматизирован, от штор до унитаза. Что-то типа ”умного дома”. Из минусов: Очень не хватает шкафа либо полочек, для одной ночи не страшно, но если живешь долго то очень не удобно.
